Great accommodation in quiet area

This is great accommodation in a quiet residential area about 10-15 minutes walk from the port of Spetses. The studio apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The host provided water, butter jam, fruit juice and cakes. It was very clean with nice outdoor space. Would recommend highly. Bakery nearby.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, nice view.spacious room Comfortable room. The room had some coffee and tea and a few breakfast delicacies included in the pack

It is noisy in the night. I assume due to some malfunction of an electronic device (air-condition). I chose the room with view of the sea and mountain but they gave me the room with view in the sea.. even though the room is bigger, however it is not sunny compared to the other one.

This was a superb place to stay in Spetses - away from the town centre in an ordinary neighborhood but close to the wate

Loved the big verandah with ocean views, the windows allowing light to pour into the apartment, and the comfortable bed. The host was friendly and helpful and the apartment was a short walk from the waterfront.

Perfect accomodation, very clean, modern bathroom, beautiful view from the porch. Quiet and a bit hidden. Super friendly host. I had a great stay.

There were mosquitos, bring some repellent.

Self contained apartment with beautiful view and large terrace, super clean and with a comfortable bed. the host was very nice. great value!

Superb

The views from the terrace were very nice and the studio was very cozy, spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it was silent at nights. The owner was nice and friendly, and provided small items for breakfast.

Location was a bit out of the way from the center of town, (extra 15min walk but along nice coast), only more uncomfortable with a suitcase is since the street pavement was a bit rough.

So nice to be in Spetses 2022😊

Spacious room and bathroom, very clean, newly renovated. From balcony mountain- and seaviews. 200 meters to the sea -> swimming possibility! Very good (friendly and polite) service! Special thanks for tips what to do, where to go, good restaurants, beaches etc. Peaceful area, among local people in Spetses town, walking distance from the center and port. We enjoyed very much😊☀️😎

Lovely studio in Spetses

Room 2 was quite cold in October but this would be a big bonus in summer. Warm duvet provided on request. A little difficult to find, about 10/15 mins walk from the port.

Large studio, clean, well equipped and with comfortable bed and pillows. Large terrace with lovely sea views. Helpful owner.

Superb

I thank with all my heart the owner of the studio, he was wonderfully helpful. A very open-hearted person, calm. You have everything you need in the studio, there is a nice view as well.

Everything is not new but for this money it's perfect.

I loved it here. Lovely, clean, comfortable and big room with a great view out to sea from the terrace. It’s a short walk into the town. Really good value for money. Friendly and helpful family that run it - I plan to go back one day. Recommend hiring a bicycle to explore the island and to get to incredible beaches. Spetses is wonderful 😊

Our staying at theos studios was fantastic, the room was as described, simple but had all we needed, very clean and the owners very friendly, plus the view was amazing!

there was nothing that we didn't like, everything was just great!

To recommend!

Lovely location uphill the Kounoupitsa area, very quiet with easy access to the city centre and to the harbour. Spacious studio, very clean with good cooking facilities. Our terrace-balcony had a great view to the sea and to the rooftops of the city. The owner and his family have been very friendly and caring! Thank you for the tips and your hospitality :-)

Amazing place and amazing island!

Both Spiros and his daughter are amazing people! They were really welcoming and nice to talk. Apartment was so clean and nice, they gave us presents when we got there, and during the whole our vacation they took care of us and apartment was cleaned several times and towels changed. Location of the place is perfect, if you rent quad or scooter which you must have for this island you can reach anywhere in short time. We highly recommend this place to anyone!
