✪ For everyone's safety and security, outside of all our rentals are equipped with security cameras watching and recording the outdoor walkways, driveways and building entrances.
✪ Each guest after the 3rd guest costs $30 per person, per day. Please make sure to put the right number of guests (adults+kids). It is for us to maintain compliance with the rules of the online booking agencies and our insurance. Un-approved visitors or undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o refund and/or a charge of $50/day per each guest or temporary visitor. It doesn't matter if they stay overnight or for just a short period.
✪ All guests are required to electronically agree to the house rules / occupancy agreement.
✪ Our Dana Point Vacation Rental Permit number is str21-1275 for which we collect the Transient Occupancy Tax listed under Tax/Fees. Be careful of illegal listings that do not display their permit number.
✪ Please note this is a residential neighborhood and you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Please be considerate of longtime residents in the neighborhood and treat our space and neighbors with the same respect you would show your own.

My husband and I were scrambling for a last minute place to stay in Orange County with our 60lb dog and we were so grateful that this place was available! This house turned out better than we could imagine, great house, good sized backyard, and location can’t be beat. I highly recommend this home!

Perfect rental home to stay in while visiting our family in Dana Point. The 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty space for everyone. Check in was as easy as it gets. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place close to the Lantern District and beaches.

Appreciate the quick a professional communication with owner for last minute hiccups we had and questions during our stay. We were at a CR conference in Lake Forest, Saddleback Church and the location was great for us to have a reasonable commute and enjoy the beach nearby. Neighbors all very friendly. Will be back.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Perch for the last 3 months while our home nearby was under construction. It was perfect place for the two of us and our dog. Ross is super responsive as to anything that is needed. We now have a perfect place to suggest to family and friends as a place to stay when visiting from out of town.

We were there for a family members funeral. It was the perfect location for everything we needed, such as stores and the proximity to where the rest of our family lives. The table in the dining area was large enough to fit everyone, and the open kitchen let all who prefer to be in there, talk with the rest of us spread through the living room. The owner responded quickly, when we had any questions, and offered any assistance we may have needed. We will rent this house again. Thank You

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to our friends, the beach , Dana Point Harbor, grocery stores, Costco are a short 5 to 8 min drive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the place was immaculate , comfortable and the perfect size with two full bathrooms, two good size bedrooms and an open kitchen with everything one would need. Would definitely stay here again. and the host, Ross was a great communicator and very helpful and available. 5 stars overall !!!!
