A superb stay

We stayed in mid-Feb 23 for 9 days with two kids and had a great time. The villa was lovely, modern, had a great outdoor space with a pool and table tennis for the villa, was modern and in a great quiet spot around a 10 minute drive from Paphos. A few minutes walk from a terrific long coastline with lovely rock baths, beautiful colours and views out to Paphos. A few minutes drive from a nice high street with restaurants, bars etc. The villa even had its own orange and lemon trees. Would benefit from having a car and there is plenty of free parking, although there seemed to be bus stops within around a 10-15 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Superb

Just returned from a relaxing 3 week stay in villa 4 (bungalow). Villa was very clean and spacious. Hosts Tina & Andreas where very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Easy walk to Laourou (Corallia) beach and bus stop for travel to Coral Bay main strip or Paphos Town. Would highly recommend and we hope to visit again in future.

We had a great time, and felt well supported by owner and staff.

lots of space for 10 of us, Tina round the corner for any queries, pool a good size and very clean. The top floor outside terrace was a great escape place .

We loved our stay at Sea Point Villas and will be back!

The bedrooms were spacious and all had en suite bathrooms. Good location, near to Coral Bay but far enough away to be peaceful. The villa is a couple of minutes walk from the sea, with some good walking paths. We had a hire car, but there were buses to explore the area. Tina, the property owner was fabulous- very helpful and friendly. Large open plan kitchen diner was big enough for our family of 8 adults.

There was nothing we disliked about the property. We would prefer a little more outside space and maybe more soft seating outside but it did not detract from our holiday. we would definitely go back.

Amazing!!!!!!

Our villa was fab. Really clean and comfortable. Tina (the owner) and her husband were on hand if we needed anything but not intrusive in any way. Really friendly and helpful. The villa is a short taxi ride from the main Coral Bay strip but close to some fabulous restaurants and right by the sea where you watch amazing sunsets. All in all we would highly recommend Sea Point Villas. Perfect for a lovely relaxing getaway. 😊

Amazing stay, spacious, clean and lovely sunset view.

property was a lovely size, each bedroom had its own bathroom. lovely roof terrace to watch the sunset. the owners provided us with some lovely supplies, bread, milk cheeses due to our late check in.

loved everything about the property, we didn’t use the buses but would recommend hiring cars to get around.

Tina was super helpful during our stay recommending where to go, where to eat and where not to.

Clear instructions sent one week before on how to access the property. No challenges with access to the property, even though we arrived late at night.

it was exceptional :-)

owner run, it was wonderfully presented and nothing was too much trouble. it was spotless. spacious. quiet. the pool was perfect, BBQ and outdoor eating area was excellent. private from neighbouring villas. the upstairs balcony was also great and had stunning view over the sea with perfect sunsets and star gazing galore 🤩

The view from the villa was a demolished building so not a very nice view and lots of building rubbish surrounding the villa

A perfect villa in a perfect location with perfect hosts.

Location perfect, 300m from the nearest swimming cove but less than a KM to the actual beach. It's a very peaceful location and the villa is perfect for self catering - very well equipped. Easy walking distance to 2 very good restaurants - Port Antico and Yialos but worth taking a taxi to Peyia for the meze at the Peyia Tavern. The villa is superbly equipped for 3 couples with good en-suites or for a family. Lovely outdoor space with a nice pool too. The hosts live nearby and were excellent post booking and whilst we were there too - very available if you need them but absolutely not intrusive. You don't need a car but it would be helpful if you want to explore (we had bikes). The local supermarket will collect you from the villa and deliver you and your shopping home too which was a great bonus.

A wonderful villa, in a great location near the town center but quiet and relaxing

I couldn't fault the villa and overall experience. Tina the owner was extremely helpful and made our stay very easy. There was a welcome pack of essentials waiting for us and Tina ordered in pizza because we were on a late flight. She also arranged car hire via a local company. A stay here is highly recommended, especially with the little touches added by Tina.

Perfect Villa

The villa had everything we needed and was located right next to the beach and a short drive from shops & restaurants. The check-in process was easy and our host Tina was very flexible with our check-out for our late night flight. Located in a quiet, private feeling cul-de-sac, it was just what we were looking for - very relaxing! We particularly enjoyed the pool, the BBQ facilities and sun terrace. Tina was very friendly and close-by should we have needed her.

Recent holiday

Host Tina was very quick to respond to our last minute booking. We arrived in the middle of the night but everything was easy. The welcome pack was a great touch. House spotless. The villa is on a small compound & peaceful. The beach & restaurants a 3 minute drive. We’d definitely return.

Our hosts were fantastic, all our requests were fullfilled. The villa was brand new, comfortable and chic. Well equipped and near to the secret beach, which was our favorite. Best sunsets!
