The hotel is beautiful and its location is excellent. Close to all restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are very helpful. They are there 24/7 to serve you. I thank everyone there for the good service and I highly recommend it Thank everyone Mohammed

Just needed a hotel for one night, even though there aren’t many options in Irbid, this was probably the best thing that

Big room like a small apartment, located at the city center

Big room like a small apartment, convenient for two people for a short stay. When you enter there is a sitting area, then a small kitchen along with the bathroom and the bedroom with 2 single beds with a balcony to the front side. The hotel is old but at the center of Irbid city. Many shops next to the hotel like super market, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies.

The room gave me the impression that was cleaned but closed and not used for some period of time. It needed a last check before it is given to customers. Some details of missing things to have the room well equipped would be convenient to be added such as: liquid soap, toilet brush

Good location, free parking on streets around. Kindnm personel. Good price.

Shower without curtain, so everything gets wet. Room's door sometimes hard to open.

Tourist type hotel at a good price

Decent hotel at a good price

Area around it looked a little sketchy at first, but we still felt safe walking around, even at night. It was a little hard to find.

The staff were really helpful and generous. The view from the balcony was nice. The bed was nice and comfortable.

The towels and shower room needs to be changed rather than just cleaned. Although it wasn't that bad but the wall and the ceiling needs some work.
