Underbart, lyxig utsikt och toppen service!

Allt var verkligen perfekt. Utsikten, närheten till stranden men framförallt all den hjälp vi fick från Ana och hennes familj att fixa med allt för att göra vår vistelse fulländad.

Ända nackdelen för oss som inte hade bil var att man var tvungen att ta taxi till och från stan, men det funkade att gå ner till Jaz beach. Har man bil finns det inga brister här utan då tar man sig enkelt till stan med.

Herkesin mutlaka deneyimlemesi gereken bir konaklama. Kendi evinde gibi rahat ve konforlu .

Manzarası her şeye bedeldi. Tesis sahibi çok kibar biriydi . Çok memnun ayrıldık.

Banyosu küçüktü . Biz 20metrekare olan odada kaldık , büyük olan odayı tercih ederseniz daha rahat edersiniz. Manzarası o kadar huzur vericiydiki banyosun küçüklüğü bizi olumsuz etkilemedi

Great apartments, incredible view.

Incredible view, very clean and great location. Definitely recommend, it has all the necessary facilities for a great stay. There is a bus stop that takes you to and from budva at the bottom of the hill for $1.50 each. You can also walk to the beach, just bring shoes it will take 10-15 mins. It is a great beach with everything there even a small mini market.

Bardzo udany - przynoszący dużo radości estetycznych, widokowych + dynamicznie skrzypiących :)

Bardzo dobre położenie na uboczu, poza miastem - ale wymaga korzystania z taksówki lub samochodu! Piękny widok z pokoju na zatokę. Znakomity gospodarz Pan Aleksander "Sasha" + rakja w trakcie milej rozmowy! Udostępnia zniżkowy kontakt do taxi!

Ładnie wyglądają metalowe łóżka niestety skrzypią - szczególnie przy erotycznych aktywnościach. Słychać mocno taki ruch seksualny za ścianą i przez sufit! Polecałbym naoliwić te łóżka przed sezonem i sprawdzić, gdzie i jak to się niesie, po sąsiednich pokojach!

The view was amazing. Ana was so helpful. I think this is thenine if the best place that you can stay according to Price-performance.

The location of the place was a little bit hard to reach. But it was not so hard if you have a car

amazing place

beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. The owner is very nice and is in constant contact with him, you can ask him anything. from the city of Budva is 10 minutes by car and about 40 minutes on foot. it is best to rent a car at the airport because it is difficult to get to the apartment without a car. there is a restaurant nearby with a beautiful view, although a bit expensive, but you will find cheaper food in the city. There is a shop 4 minutes' drive from the property. to the beach you can go down a steep descent about 10 minutes or about the road where cars go. I recommend staying with such a nice owner

Breathtaking and magical view for a very affordable price!

THE VIEW! It was absolutely wonderful it left me speechless! It was very peaceful to wake up to. The room has a decent size for a short stay and the hosts are super lovely, always there to help.

Unforgettable nice stay

My apartment had a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony. It was fully equipped and had a lot of space. The area is quite calm and of course the view from the balcony is amazing. Host Ana and her dad are very friendly, lovely and helpful people and took good care of everything. Thank you so much for everything ❤

For reaching the beach u need to drive. For a walk it would be too far. Same for Budva. Actually there is nothing close by, just down the street the restaurant Ray. Had trouble with the diverse WiFi connections and with TV.

Excellent rooms with sea view.

The host was very welcoming and provided beer on the house. The view to the sea was magnific. Grill zone well equipped.

The road up the hill can be a short adventure especially during rain.

Very good

Very nice view from a quite big terrace. Two bedrooms with comfortable mattrreses and air condition. Two bathrooms and the kitchen. Downstairs nice place for barbecue - equipped very good. But the best is... Sasa, the host. He helped us a lot. Thank you, Sasa!!! He helped to rent a car, arranged the pick up on the way back to Podgorica airport and much more. The Jaz Beach is very nice, even nicer than in Budva. The only think you should know is that the apartment is on the hill, so it is much better to have a car, if you want to go somewhere every day or even to the shops. From the other side, the hill gives you many nice pictures every day.

- There is a small kitchen, fridge, cutlery, etc. - Balcony with an amazing view! - Clean - Quiet - The host and his daughter are very friendly and welcoming. - Parking for 6 cars (and apperently some extra parking space is available when the 6 parking spots are taken, but we never had to use it as we always had a parking spot available. Note that the pictures on booking are a little bit outdated. There now is a kitchen and blinds

- Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps that it will be long uphill walk when you use public transport. I would recommend having/renting an own car. It’s really something negative, it’s more fyi.

If you don't have a car, the location is not the best, but it's not the host's problem. And you can take a taxi or walking (a lot).

What can I say: we loved everything ! The structure is not in Budva (and this is a point of favoure) but only few km away. The position is fantastic and the apartment is nice and clean. We stayed so well that we forgot we had to move. And the owner is the bonus!! Kind and rich in good advice, we shared the love for cats, that is a super bonus for me! Thanks Aleksandros.

Very nice hosts! Great support from everyone. The location was amazing, close to Budva but very secluded. Nice for early morning and evening strolls

The shower was cold but didn't mind as it was hot.

Hosts are very hospitable and helpful, room was clean and well prepared with a great view of the sea. It is better to drive to the beach, than to walk. If you want quiet location with generous and lovely hosts, that's the place!
