do serviço dos funcionários, muito simpaticos e atenciosos

o hotel está mal cuidado e necessita de investimento. como é o unico e sem opção na cidade, o viajante que está na Via Francigena cansado não tem outra opção.

Excellent.

The room and bed were comfortable, and we were given a quiet room as requested. There is a good restaurant on site, with attentive staff. The breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located for walking the Via Francigena, as we were doing.

Great place to get your head down on an overnight stay.

It is a very friendly seemingly family run hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a very nice late breakfast.

Our only issue was the total lack of working air-conditioning. The units in the rooms only made noise as did the units in the hotel itself, that was our only issue. It was quite hot inside the building for an August day.

Worst hotel we have ever seen!

the best thing of the hotel, was the stairways! real nice entrance!!

Everything is very old. the bathroom is old and dirty. we slept and left as quick as we could. we didn’t even have breakfast. The price what they asked is FAR above what it’s worth….

Hotel with uncomfortable beds on busy road in industrial area

Large room and bathroom

Diabolical uncomfortable mattresses overdue for replacement. No fridge or other facilities one would expect for price. Noisy location on main road in industrial area.

Good base for day trips, staff friendly, big room and good sized parking lot

overpriced for quality of hotel, needs updates, breakfast was fairly good but too much sweet stuff

The bed was comfortable Good location for people biking.

The Price and quality of this Hotel are far apart. Far too expensive for what you get. It badly needs to be remodeled, it’s outdated, and strange lay out.

Nice hotel - disappointing rom

Friendly staff, good restaurant on site. The location was convenient for us.

The room itself was disappointing. Very spartan and old fashioned. No fridge, nowhere to sit comfortably, no tea or coffee facilities. Not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room.
