I had a very nice long weekend there. David and Natalie were very good hosts.

It was in a good location, very near the coast and the town centre. Also my room was good for me. It was a good place from which to go out and explore.

Very pleasant stay.

Very pleasant couple running it. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and there was a good choice, and the portions were big enough to see us through to lunch.

Parking can be an issue. There are parking restrictions in the area, and the rear yard is narrow. The owners were very helpful in managing the situation. Minor niggle, which you need to keep in mind if you're taking a car.

I liked the single room in the loft, it had a lot of character. The service was great with new hot drink satchels and biscuits every day. I looked forward to getting back after seeing the sights.

Wonderful Weymouth weekend.

The host's were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were of a good size and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location was very good only a 10 minutes stroll to all the bars , shops and restaurants. If ever in Weymouth again would be more than happy to stay in the Arcadia again. Highly recommended.

Booked in for accommodation only and the accommodation(double room with ensuite bathroom) exceeded expectations by the hosts Natalie & David - complimentary drinks including water bottle was a nice touch :)

Can't think of anything yet I found the furnishings tasteful and would be for most people, felt cosy and right at home in the softest bed.

Relaxed and amazing stay.

David & Natalie went over and beyond with their excellent hospitality Breakfast was amazing and did not disappoint daily Extremely clean and comfortable stay. Nothing was a bother. Already looking at booking again for next year and beyond.

Very clean. Not far from the beach. Parking. David and Natalie are lovely hosts and very friendly - can’t do enough for you; super flexible. Breakfast was delicious

I think a shelf in the shower for your shampoo’s etc would be a good improvement and another towel rail/hook in the bedroom so you can dry all the towels.

Had a lovely few days in Weymouth and the weather was glorious.

We didn’t request breakfast as we didn’t want to be ruled by time. The room was very clean, and supplied with tea, coffee etc. A little small for 3 but not really a problem as we obviously didn’t spend too much time in it. All in all happy with the accommodation and price we paid. In a great position for beach, town etc.

For the price we paid I don’t think we could have asked for more.

This was my 1st stay in a guesthouse since my childhood & I loved it. The location was excellent, right on the esplanade. I had a single room but it had everything I needed & was very comfortable. David & Natalie were very welcoming & helpful hosts, coping with everyone's breakfast requests with a smile on their faces. On site parking & free WiFi were a great bonus .Will definitely go back.
