Friendly staffs This Hotel, 1 st and last we stay. After this no more stay here or recommend to others.

Very Poor WIFI signal. Even I call Reception to attend, nobody turn up to attend. So Poor WIFI signal and Poor Staff service until ignore room guest request.

The hospitality was very nice, customer service was satisfied and the price i would say is worth the stay.

The smell of the bed rooms small all too smokey and the bed sheets had stains of what seems to be dirt or food stains.

The restaurants around the hotel serve varieties of food so we can choose whatever we want for breakfast and dinner. There are ample of parking lots around the hotel. The staffs are so friendly.

.The hotel room is too small to fit for two / four persons. The soap and the toilet tissue iwas nearly finish. Maybe the housekeeping forgot to refill it. The telephone is out of order.

It was a good stay. I recommend the place for a solo traveller/couple with a low budget for stay

The staff were friendly and they entertained to our requests on certain matters such as additional rooms on the spot, problem with the door, etc.

For those who want a convenience of varieties of selection of food, maybe this is not your place because you only have a few outlets such as nasi kandar, malay and thai cuisines and a western restaurant. Though you can order thru foodpanda or grabfood.

Location was superb. Easy access to cabs to navigate and return from the city.

No checkout time reminder. And the late checkout extra charge wasn't well spentout.

The location of the hotel was suitable for my travelling purposes around Kuala Lumpur.

Had a bit of smoking smell in the room. Hope could improve in terms of that.
