Good choice but not worth 5 stars

The garden villa are very spacious and confortable Very good breakfast with diverse fresh foods

The resort is isolated, far from local life and cities The second pool was closed and seems abandoned It looks like a ghost town somehow The place seems not maintaned and it is clearly not up to a 5 stars standards

Overall lovely stay for a good price

Loved the villa we stayed in, it was very spacious and had a nice layout! The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing! Special shoutout to Tran Thanh Dien who was super kind and professional and who gave his best to make our stay as much enjoyable as possible, many thanks!!

Lots of trash at the beach, we did some clean up ourselves and expected the staff to do so multiple times a day but they only did it for a certain part of the beach at the end of the day, so not the whole beach unfortunately. To see the beach so dirty was frustrating and sad. Would like the staff to be more trained in this regard. Also once the staff took our used towels and forgot to replace them so we had to call and request for new ones.

It's stunning

It locates nearby the beach and it took 5 minutes to the city by motorbike. My trip was adorable and I would love to say thanks to the staff here who helped me to arrange the tour as well. They picked up and dropped off free from the airport to resort. I highly recommended you this place.

Not as nice as we expected

Free transportation to the airport

We were quite disappointed with our stay as the hotel did not meet the hype and was not worth the money. Breakfast was average with limited selections. The beach was near to the hotel and accessible, however, there is a lot of seaweed in the beach which is a big no no for us. We also experienced the power cut twice during our trip which was a shame that the hotel would not have sufficient power to support the demand. The room was okay, TV could be a bit bigger.

Le calme (peut-être trop?), la qualité du spa, le petit déjeuner, le service au restaurant, les cocktails très bien faits

- Coffre inutile car les piles étaient usées - Menage laissant à désirer : pas de serviettes 2 jours sur les 3 passées dans l'hôtel, Cheveux et sable dans la salle de bain pas enlevés au cours de notre séjour - scooters dangereux : le premier essayé avait la roue avant désaxée sans doute suite à un accident, et le deuxième avait des freins très insuffisants. - repas du jour de l'an : les plats n'étaient plus tenus au chaud à notre arrivée bien qu'il soit prévu un buffet jusqu'à minuit, tres cher pour les mets proposés

Nice Property. Grand entrance. Nice pool. Great private beach.

Great private beach. The pool was nice, clean, and big with a cool pool bar. Very friendly staff all across the property. Very helpful especially the receptionist that checked us in.

The cleaning staff had no patience and rang the bell early every morning to check if we needed the room cleaned. Multiple people, which got a bit annoying.

Exceptional

Room 119, what an amazing view of the pool and the beach. A great atmosphere with very friendly and professional staff are so welcoming. Breakfast was awesome, as is the restaurant. Cold beers by the pool bar. I was so impressed with this resort I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And a ten minute taxi ride into the night markets. Keep up the excellent work to all who work there. Regards Greg

Horrible place with no upkeep. Everything is old and falling apart. The only good thing about this place is the staff.

The whole place is run down. Everything is stained and rusted. Holes in couches. Roof is falling off. This place is a dump. I would not recommend this place to anyone. For the amount of money you pay, I would even consider this a resort. Motel 6 is better kept than this place.

The crew on the resort are the best.We faced.some issue with the bungalow but fixed it with a laugh.Really fantastic and thanks to them.

Not worth it

Nice view, and the food was good.

The hotel is an old building, and has not been maintained. The bathroom is covered in mold, ants everywhere, air con leaking and the beds felt damp. We wouldn't stay again.

Disappointing

great view with wonderful breakfast. Room was very clean. Room was also very spacey.

reception seemed tense, staff was nice. Room was entered despite "Do not disturb". Hole on ceiling to the left of the room was opened then closed.. seemed strange to us. Doors are not very soundproof. The restaurant was overpriced and not worth the value. The sockets for electricity did not work at all places. In fact only one.... room 207.

Disappointing

wonderful view, great breakfast, awesome pool, close and private beach.

reception seemed tense, staff was nice. Hole on ceiling to the left of the room was opened then closed.. seemed strange to us. Doors are not very soundproof. The restaurant was overpriced and not worth the value. On our last day after loads of travelling, unfortunately one of the rooms had issues and we had to switch to another room.. Overall a disappointing stay.

Expectation only partly met, beach is unpleasant, but staff and restaurant are excellent!

Staff was very accommodating and always willing to look for solutions. I lost a personal belonging and the staff went above and beyond to retrieve it. The restaurant provides a good varity of quality food, especially handy when travelling with family members with picky food preferences!

Tours are provided, but mostly in group setting. Private tours are typically not attractive in pricing (>5M VND). The beach contains a lot of trash and smelt like boat oil. There is a fishing harbor a few kilometers downstream that causes this. Neighboring resorts will likely have the same issue. I would expect more luxury/finishing/facilities for the indicated pricing. As example: bathroom tiling is chipping, closets do not contain more than the woodwork (limited amounts of shelves/hangers), improper lighting during the night at the bungalows (from main track to individual bungalow).

Decent place but definitely not a 5 star property and wouldn’t return

The garden villa was spacious and clean.

The toilets lost water at times, the bedsheets weren’t changed until asked. late checkout was an issue as the reception kept phoning to remind of the time again and again. The gym was under equipped for a 5 star property and the food at the restaurant was below quality.

We booked a villa with a private pool. Room was spacious and clean, and the pool was always well maintained and water temperature was perfect! Staff was so accomodating and helpful, they even organised a surprise in our room for a special occasion without our request.

Superb

Very good, international breakfast with good coffee. Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful. Comfortable room. Beautiful view for the sea.

Hotel isn't baby- stroller friendly. Lots of stairs everywhere. One of the pools wasn't available. There were days when the sea was very dirty and full of plastic bottles and other garbage.

The location was great . our ocean view room was very spacious with a lovely large balcony

the property was in need of a deep clean in our room 205 for stains to sinks floor bath and some furnishings
