Great location and a nice place to stay when visiting Lake Como while on a budget!

Great location, wonderful surroundings and close to the ferry/train station. Very nice host who made us a lovely breakfast.

Room was very humid and there was no ventilation.

loved everything and the experience! stunning and relaxing.

the WiFi is in and out so if you need to work remotely it can be an issue, otherwise perfection!

an old villa facing the lake. really nice place.

excellent hospitality! very friendly owner! amazing breakfast on a huge Sala facing the lake! spacious gardens with different kind of seats to enjoy the garden and the lake. we will come again ! thanks

It was a very nice stay.

The house is old but gold. 😊 It’s beautiful, especially the garden. We were allowed to play table tennis (rackets and ball provided). the breakfast was excellent: there was one table inside and one outside overlooking the sea, owners were very nice. the train station was very near, and it’s easy to reach. just right next to the house starts a tourist route to Varenna. the beach was 5min walk from the house and was not too busy. We found our stay inexpensive and good value for money.

1) there was no air conditioning and in high season it is very sweaty without it 2) the mosquito net was a bit broken and there are quite a lot of mosquitoes at night 3) the train passes right behind the house so if you are not a good sleeper this is not for you

the stay was a great experience and will sure be visiting again

the b&b has close restaurants near by and is close to the lake and its only a 10 minute walk to the ferry to Bellagio which is convenient. There is also a small grocer store near by. The owner was super nice and also made us the most delicious breakfast, there is also the nicest view to look at while taking your breakfast.

Location, owners, garden & balcony. Very green :) Breakfast is rich and very good (special mention for the cornetti)

Humide but a dehumidificator available in the room. Trains early in the morning but 1) it is Lierna, the train is everyhere, and 2) you can request and use earplugs.

The house is lovely and the lady that owns it also. It has a lovely cat so for that I rate it at 12 out of 10. Everything was just perfect.

The host was friendly. She made breakfast herself, it's basic but good. The shared terrace is very nice, it's a good spot for chilling.

The room on the ground floor is very dark and damp (it has that smell as well). The bed is uncomfortable. I believe that the rooms on the second floor are nice and have a nice view, but I wouldn't choose the room on the ground floor.

It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. It was a 10 minute drive to Verenna which is a main ferry hub for the lake.

It is located next to the train tracks and it can get loud. It runs from 0530 in the morning until 2230. The train passes at least once an hour. The WIFI did not work in my room but it did in the main area.

Free parking space at the premises. Walking distance to the beach. Earplugs provided by the host for sensitive sleepers.

Very close to the train tracks and noisy from the main road even at night. If you are a sensitive sleeper - earplugs is a must (they vere provided by the host). Breakfast was minimal.

Very cozy apartment in a garden close to the beach.

We did not feel in an impersonal hotel but in a family house. The breakfast was superb. The place is ideal for visiting the beautiful villas on the lake of Como. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Although during night there is no noise, in the morning a train passes close to the house. I guess it is the same for all properties on the coastline of this,side of the lake.

A charming B&B at Lake Como

A wonderful place to stay for those seeking to get away from the hectic of the city and enjoy a couple of free days on the shores of the sunny Lake Como. The breakfast is served with style and love of detail. The host is very charming, friendly and helpful. Viva Italia!
