Loved it. Wonderful.

I think the Hotel was amazing, the staff was so nice and helpful always available 24/7. very comfortable beds. 10/10 i will be coming back. I had a surgery and stayed at this hotel, they treated me very good. loved it

I would say the only negative part is that there is a long upward hill that is a bit tiring.

Not a good hotel

Staff were friendly

I booked a room with one bed, and they switched it to two single beds. The bed was not comfortable. Room wasn't clean. Furniture is very old. Bathroom needs renovation.

I would like to recommend everyone to stay in this hotel because is safe and comfortable. Also, it has nice staff.

I didn’t enjoy the stay at all ! Made my trip worse

I wasn’t given the rooms I booked sand I had a baby and made sure they knew I did ! We had to move all around rooms all night which was disturbing to me and my family !!

Very professional staff

The staff are pleasant and always willing to help, especially Ali. The location is very good and in a nice neighborhood. The standard rooms are a bit small for two people but the family rooms are quite spacious. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Modus.

Old pictures on the site and we recommend that booking asks for new pictures every 3 to 5 years .

The breakfast was not as expected and not much choices

Our stay was made all the better despite our difficult personal circumstances,because of the kindness and consideration

It was a short walk to the American hospital.The facilities were very good.The staff were amazing .I had many interesting discussions with Ali,the night manager .The managers were both very flexible in extending our booking due to the ill health of my father.They were truly supportive and empathetic.

I cannot prefer this hotel to anybody

the location was gut

the rooms was not clean, the air conditioning system makes noise , nobody can sleep with that, the rooms are very near from street which is noisy. we changed the rooms three time , it was the 5 days not good in this hotel. the lights are not working. there are a lot of problems with this hotel. The breakfast was also very simple like 2 star hotel.

Breakfast was not suitable for vegetarians The guy that cut the bread was serving guests bringing in luggage and went straight to the bread held it while he cut the slices not acceptable

bathroom shower broken no top shower pull button solid power socket hanging out the wall Mattress full of bed bugs we were bitten badly carpets in hall torn and filthy ..this hotel is disgusting and needs refurbished Plus we should be refunded for such poor conditions

Bad

There were some tacky looking people (a man and a woman) sitting in front of the hotel whenever we were there. And then at night we could hear everything as the walls were really thin. This is not a family hotel. It was really embarrassing.
