Wir waren auf der Heimfahrt. Daher eine tolle letzte Übernachtung in Italien.

Sehr schöne Ausstattung. Das Bett war auch sehr gut. Alles sauber und Paolo war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Spätes Einchecken war kein Problem, Schlüssel und Hinweise fanden wir im Schlüsselsafe. Die Klimaanlagen waren bereits eingeschaltet. Leckeres Frühstück mit tollem Ausblick. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind in der Nähe.

Nichts zu bemängeln.

Great apartment for a 4-5 days trip

Paolo is such a great host. Warm and welcoming and especially at the breakfast he’s having a chat with all his guests individually. He’s asking for needs, daily plans and is giving nice recommendations. We stayed in Forsters Nest, which is located like in the second row behind the hotels and you can enjoy a beautiful lake view from the balcony. It has its own kitchen as well and the bathroom is very spacious. Great place to stay! Good to know: for breakfast you have to walk 4-5 minutes from Forsters Nest to Casa Forster.

sweet little stay for a mini city

short walk to a mini piazza of Verbano, the hotel was highly styled and comfortable, staff, especially Ivan was incredible!

Very good

Paolo has been a very nice host, we had very interesting talks. The room had a beautiful view to the lake with a little balcony, to have an afternoon tea. The breakfast was excellent. Parking of the car has to be on a parking slot down the street for 10€ per day or you use one of the charge-free parking areas if available.

We will come back!

Paolo was a warm and welcoming host for our last minute post hiking booking. The property is beautiful- no detail unconsidered. As an architect who restores historic properties, it was clear that this was a labor of love. The art was amazing - complete with descriptions in English explaining the piece and it’s history. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Really, the entire experience was an unexpected treat!

We had more time to stay longer!

Paolo was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay in the Forsters Nest a lot. Great breakfast in a very private atmosphere. Cozy apartments with beautiful view on the lake and perfectly located. Apartment is beautiful equipped. Highly recommended.

Superb

The holiday destination is located in a lovely village. From the house you have a great view above the village and the lake. We felt very well and the breakfast tastes delicious at Paolo‘s place.

Good place for stay at Cannero

Very nice breakfast. Nice staff. House full of interesting artwork.

No parking at the hotel. Not always easy to find a parking place in the surroundings.

Best way to start our holiday

We booked just an hour prior to our arrival. Paolo was easy to contact and he also left us a note with all the check-in instructions. It was our first night in Italy and we couldn't have wished for a better place to start our holiday: location is great, view is wonderful and nice restaurants nearby.

We booked a room with a bathtub but we got a shower. A nice shower but a shower :-)

Perfect stay with a perfect host!

Paolo is the best host! He renovated the property with so much love and detail, beautiful furniture and art pieces. His breakfast is so delicious and he gave us a lot of tips what to do, where to hike. Absolutely recommended in every aspect!
