The perfect refugio

It was just wonderful. If you are looking for a special place to stay that is individual and very personalised, this is the place for you. Lucio is the perfect host. He is friendly, polite and gives lots of great tips. The view from the accommodation is simply indescribable. During the day you have a beautiful view of the sea, at night you can count the stars. Breakfast is prepared individually by Lucio every morning. Yoghurt, croissants and something hearty. Delicious! We would come again and again.

Sometimes you have to wait a bit for water when taking a shower - but no matter what - it’s holiday :-)

Best location in Scopello

I visit Scopello once a year and this is one of the best accommodations I stayed at. Peaceful, with a stunning view and an extremely chilled out host who had excellent taste to set his b&b up. You also get easy parking, Italian breakfast, good WiFi and fresh breeze to peacefully sleep at night.

Wonderful stay

Lucio was really welcoming! Breakfast done with heart (like everything else there!) with an incredible view. It’s a very peacefull area!

Superb

It was a rather typical Sicilian villa with the things that you usually find in places like that. Simple, but comfortable in a sense that you feel there at home. And the quietness and the scents... And, of course - the host. Lucio was enormously helpful, he really went an extra mile for us. Mille grazie.

Magnificent views; wonderful host

Lovely rustic b&b in a magnificent setting with views across country and sea. Lucio is a lovely hospitable host, full of good suggestions. Sweet breakfast is hearty with homemade cake every day. We would highly recommend a stay here.

gorgeous views, comfy rooms, great host

The room was functional and pleasant to spend time in, the outdoor area something worth the stay in itself, with spectacular views of the bay of castellammare and the mountains around; breakfast was abundant and delicious; wifi very reliable (little hiccups were soon fixed) and the host most accommodating and helpful. The room at the front opens on the sea view; the room at the back has an outdoor shower on the mountain side. I spent time in both and still can't decide which one I preferred.
