Loved the hotel, staff, and location

Comfortable and clean and you can walk to anything you need and close to the park and center and all. Or a taxi is always there. The breakfast was excellent, choice of eggs with fruit toast arepa coffee and juice.

It was a little warm for me in the room with the AC not getting very cold, but they gave me a fan and that worked out fine the next three days, but I'm a gringo from Alaska.

Pleasant enough. Flexible policies.

It's central, the staff are very friendly and cooperative, and it seems like a fairly safe area (although one should not wear jewelry, take out cell phones or wallets while in the street anywhere in Colombia)

The room I stayed in was on the 6th floor, overlooking the street. Beginning at sunrise, the street noise seeps in to the room. Also, there is no hot water in the shower.

Did not like this hotel or area at all

The location was terrible, gritty, homeless sleeping just outside. No hotel restaurant open on a Sunday and in am breakfast was poor and served in a stifling hot room with no fan or ac. Pillows were hard ND Air conditioning had no control , only one level so we froze in room with no blanket. Generally this was the one place in Columbia we did not enjoy.

A nice start but with a bitter ending.

Breakfast was basic but ok. Quiet room and good bed.

The staff didn’t speak a word of English. We speak a bit of Spanish but the Colombian people soeak super rapido. We had asked to do our washing (one full machine load or even less). We had traveled in Ecuador and knew roughly it should cost around £5 to £7. When we checked out they tried to charge us £22! We exploded and said that we were no stupid people. They thought to fool us because we wouldn’t know. Colombia is much cheaper than Ecuador anyway. We left 50.000 pesos, way too much anyway and left with a nasty after taste. They didn’t run after us so we know we had paid enough or actually too much anyway. Keason learned: always ask prices beforehand…

Very good central hotel

Very good, modern hotel in a good location with a nearby parking. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Wifi was OK. Value for money was very good.

There was not hot water for shower.

A stay I will not repeat!!!

Convenient location.

Only had 2 local channels for watching TV, no cable with additional channels. Plus No hot water! These issues were observed when I stayed a few days before, on 10 - 11 NOV 2022.

The fact that it's rated as a 4 star hotel , with a restaurant. First of all there is no restaurant, they only serve breakfast to guests sat at tables on a second floor landing. No coffee or tea facilities. There was no hot water the first night when I arrived, only to get a reply that it works with solar panels but yet it was sunny the next to days and yet no hot water and ended up catching a cold because of the cold showers. The towels were tired. The blinds could not rise them as it wouldn't work. No shower gel, just a small thin soap which they never replaced. All in all, I would definitely would not rate this as a 4 star hotel but simply as a 2 star hostel. Very disappointed.

The staff was nice

The localisation on the main street just in front of casinos. At night it gets really unsafe with the homeless drunken people there. The breakfast which was really poor. The pillows way to heigh to actually get a good night of sleep. The only 2 channels on TV. If you're looking to get a nice rest in a hotel well located that provides quality this is definetely not the place

The staff was very helpful and nice.

The hotel seems to be made out of paper walls, it's extremely noisy. Our room also didn't have a shower head, which is rather basic equipment.

Very good

This hotel was really nice, the staff was really helpful, and breakfast was great. We love the location the room was clean. Overall we had a really good stay.

The only thing we didn't like about this hotel is the parking, the parking was free but when we checked in the parking lot didn't had a space for our car. so we had to drive around the city for parking that will let you park overnight. And we end up paying for parking.

Clean spacious room, breakfast was a little dissapointing and a few other issues.

The room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping came each day while I was out. The wifi works well. We were able to leave our luggage there for the day after checking out.

The pillows on the beds were really big and over-stuffed and really uncomfortable! The breakfasts were nice but quite small - the first day I got 2 slices of bread with my eggs, and but on the subsequent days we only got 1 tiny slice of bread per portion. There's not much choice - there are 3 options but they are all variations of scrambled eggs - huevos pericos (tomato and onion), huevos rancheros (sausage), or just scrambled eggs. This is the same every day. There is no hot water in the shower. One day I left the card in the slot so the power would stay on and I could keep something cold in the fridge (there is a separate room key). I came back to find that the card had been confiscated when the room was cleaned, and had been left at reception. It was very strange to come back to the room and find the card gone! If you want to keep medication or something in the fridge I would advise speaking to staff so the power does not get turned off.
