We really enjoyed staying here. Nice property with quality finishes and in a fantastic location. The only things we didnt love were that the walls of the place were very thin. It was easy to hear neighbors and their moving around late at night was noisy in out unit. Also would have been nice to know the hot tub was not in service. We were looking forward to that in our stay.

This lodging was great for a long weekend with our dog. Very walkable location, super easy check-in, everything felt comfortable. A few quirks like not having two bedside tables and a lack of outlets in the bedroom. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors, but it wasn't disruptive.
My biggest complaint is that the listing had a hot tub as the amenities (this was a large factor in choosing this place during the colder season) and the hot tub was drained and under maintenance during the stay. I wish this was communicated before booking or listed on VRBO. When I reached out to the property manager, there was no communication from them and I felt a bit misled. This was disappointing.
Overall we had a nice stay in a comfortable space, but I wish there was more communication about the hot tub and from the property manager.

This is a pet-friendly property. That's great if you have a dog - or if you like the smell of wet dog - because that is the overwhelming odor of this apartment. Concrete floors and leather furniture help, I'm sure, but the beanbag-looking doggy bed (?) we had to put in the closet to try to contain the stench. Aside from the smell, it appeared to be relatively clean.
The property (including the bathroom) is small, as described. Good enough for two people, but I wouldn't want to try to fit a third, especially with additional luggage or gear.
The TV in the bedroom is smart (Roku, TCL, etc. - I don't remember), but the main set in the living room is not. 90s tech with a Satellite TV box (DirecTV, I think). No streaming, so bring your own stick if you want.
There's only one bedside table and one outlet (by way of an extension cord from the center wall buried behind the bed). We had to bring a chair in from the kitchen to make our own second bedside table, but only one of us could have our phone handy / charging.
The lighting in the tiny bathroom is very poor and the only ventilation comes from the ground-level window in the shower - go ahead and open it if you want to potentially give the neighbors to the shared back yard a show. And obviously, there are security problems with leaving it open if you're not there.
Moab is great, but I would not stay here again if there was any other option. A hotel would have been much more comfortable.

The location of this apartment is great. Walkable to restaurants and shops in Moab. The bed was comfortable and amenities of the place are great.

We only stayed one night, but I appreciated the bed most of all! It was the right amount of firmness. The kitchen is not made for cooking big meals, but the whole place was very comfortable. 2 things: There is a lot of noise from the other apartments - not much noise buffering. Also, get at least 3 more ice trays! I had to laugh because I had about 10 ice cubes to use until I went to the store and bought a bag of ice. Come on!

I HATE giving negative reviews, but unfortunately, sometimes you have to in order to communicate a point that was otherwise dismissed during the process. Super disappointed. Very unresponsive. Waste of money. Would never work with these folks again.

This is a great little apartment for a couple. It has all the basic needs to make it a very comfortable stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect in Downtown Moab. 1 block from Main and Center. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. It has a really nice community patio area with really nice seating and a fire pit.

The property was clean and comfortable. We arrived a couple of days after their flood so any inconvenience was due to that event. We missed some items when we left and the management team has been very helpful in getting them returned. Thank you.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is terrific, the unit had everything we needed and we enjoyed the back patio with the fire pit, hot tub and picnic table. We would recommend it!

Perfect Stay in Moab!
This was my husbands and mine second trip to Moab and we just love it! Found this adorable condo and it was just perfect for what we needed. It’s super close to everything downtown and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The property itself was nice, well maintained, and very cozy. The only thing we wish the property had was the ability to stream our own accounts on the tv. With a visit during off season, everywhere closes early so not much to do at night and we were stuck with only a limited cable selection. However, barely noteworthy and we would most definitely stay here again!

We were within walking distance of all the great restaurants in Moab and any shopping we wanted to do. The property was comfortable except we had an issue with regulating the air conditioning.

Great Condo - Great Location
We really liked Moab Flats - our condo was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had a very cool industrial loft vibe. The location was fantastic - just a block East of Main Street - there were at least 6 restaurants within a one block radius of us. Despite being in the center of town it was very quiet at night. We really enjoyed the fenced-in common area and the hot tub in the back of the building also. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay while exploring Moab. One block from downtown, but really quiet. Walking distance to everything. Super clean and nicely decorated. We were able to bring our dog, which was a plus. Loved the patio in back.

We stayed in #2 and it was perfect! The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need! You’re only a street off main st so you can walk every where. The shared space outside was great and we loved the hot tub. We can not wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay - it has everything you need to live there for a longer period. The apartment was much better than we expected. Management was also very responsive when we had an issue with out front lock. Our little dog loved the stay too.

Great Moab Getaway
Great property for a Moab getaway - has everything you could need for you and your dog. As other reviewers have said you can easily hear other occupants but the Bluetooth speaker takes care of all that. Lastly the heating unit in winter is either blasting heat or cold, at least if you’re in one of the bottom units. Everything was sparkling clean, very convenient location & great style. Hot tub just an added bonus.
