Lovely room, gorgeous views, best breakfast.

Breakfast was the best we had in U.K.! Gorgeous room with amazing beams. Super hosts! Incredible views from dining area. Great for family or couples.

Wasn’t expecting most restaurants to be closed Monday. Should have checked. Owners did say we could bring food into kitchen and cook.

Very nice comfortable and would recommend

No problems with the booking, arrived a little early but no problem getting in the room. The room was spacious and very comfortable, Didn't actually meet anyone until breakfast next morning but everything was clear on what to do around the property. Owners and staff were nice and friendly and helpful on where to go and what to do.

The internet access was very poor but wasn't told before going, not really a problem just had to re arrange how we found things in the area

Beautiful location. The terrace outside the breakfast room has stunning views. Breakfast was lovely as were the owners and staff. Room was lovely and comfortable.

Brilliant hospitality, would certainly book again if going to that area.

We arrived early but this was no problem and we were able to go to our room. Lovely warm reception. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. Beautiful location but you need a car.

A little remote but ideal for our purpose.

Relaxing stay.

The location is great! Gorgeous views! Very quick and easy to check-in/check-out which was perfect for me! Happy to accommodate different breakfast times/takeout breakfast as I had to leave early!

I came to Coddy’s Farm with my daughter and Granddaughte We all had a very nice relaxing time.Pefect

Perfect location with amazing views. The whole place is very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The mini fridge in the room came in handy aswell.

There is nothing to not like.

This was the relaxing break we were looking for, with high quality food and accommodation.

Excellent room - spacious and spotlessly clean. High quality breakfast, freshly prepared to order and in view of guests. Peaceful location.

Beautiful location and lovely little venue. Host was in good communication throughout and really flexible as we were travelling late. Room was clean and comfortable in an idyllic setting. Breakfast was exceptional. Lovely stay.

The room was very comfortable with lovely views. The breakfast was very good….and the breakfast room had wonderful views too. The owners were very welcoming. We would definitely recommend Coddy’s Farm.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location with lovely friendly hosts.

Our stay was perfect. A beautifully clean room in a wonderful location. The breakfast was wonderful and freshly cooked to order each morning by the very friendly hosts Lisa and Andrew. Would certainly go there again if visiting the area and will recommend to others.

Our only problem was that we were in a room with a beam over the bed and my partner is over 6ft tall! I managed to fit underneath it, just!

Lovely little stay

Room spotless and bonus of seating area in the room breakfast lovely plenty of choice sat on patio with Prosecco in the sun the owners are friendly but leave you alone which I much prefer we didn’t feel like going out to eat so we ordered a takeaway which guests are welcome to use the dining room to eat which is a good idea
