Friendly and helpful staff. Good parking arrangement. Very good location, easy to find by car and just a short stroll to the heart of Toledo.

The apartment had little natural light and was quite dark, even with the lights on. Overall it seemed a little tired and needing updating. The kitchen facilities were sparce with chipped crockery. You didn't feel as though you could have a meal there.

Good location and nice view.

The location was good, loved the view. Clean, liked that we could drop off our luggage before check-in.

It would be nice if the umbrella on the terrace was replaced, so you could sit up there during the day.

Absolutely worth it!

Amazing apartment and extremely nice guests. Key pick-up done at the hotel on the other side of the street, so it is extremely easy and comfortable.

Closets could be a bit more spacious, but to be honest everything was close to perfection.

Old bathroom, sofa bed not comfortable at all, in general poor cleanliness ans equipment should be improved (chairs on the terrasse). To expensive for the price.

Pleasant stay but better heating needed during cold months

The location is fantastic, the apartment is large and overall well equipped and well kept. Our apartment had a very nice terrace - too bad the weather was not the best to enjoy it...

We visited during winter, low temperatures outside. The air conditioning was very noisy yet it did not heat up the apartment, the additional heaters were also not efficient, which means the apartment was always chilly and therefore not inviting!

Fabulous

The appartments are "part" of the hotel next by and the keys can always be picked up at the reception. The appartment itself is spacious, very traditional and definitiely worth a stay.

Finding the hotel relying on a nevigation system is quite hard and took us some time.
