One of the best places to stay in Peniscola
Very nice villa, excellent location and fantastic garden with amazing sea view. The villa is well equipped, garden furniture, BBQ etc. We had a great stay and can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Pour la deuxième année consécutive nous sommes venus passer des vacances de rêves dans ce super cadre reposant. Comme d'habitude les conseils de la propriétaire sont excellents, l'accueil est chaleureux, la maison est bien entretenue à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Lieu idéal pour passer des vacances au calme ou le soleil est toujours présent. nous recommandons vivement cet endroit . vous pouvez louer cette maison les yeux fermés. Sandy et David

Des vacances de rêve!
Nous revenons des étoiles plein les yeux de 15j enchanteurs dans un cadre idyllique. La maison est magnifique, très bien aménagée, confortable et fonctionnelle. Elle est très bien entretenue et l'environnement calme est propice à la détente. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur très bons conseils que nous avons suivi. Cela nous a permis de visiter les environs, d'aller à pied jusqu’au château, ce qui se fait très bien avec 3 enfants dont 2 de 8 ans. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

NOS SUPERS VACANCES à PENISCOLA
Nous revenons toujours aussi enchantés de notre troisième séjour de 15 jours consécutifs dans cette jolie villa.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine.
La vue sur la Méditerranée est magnifique, le ballet journalier des bateaux de pêche entrant et sortant du port ( entre 25 et 30 ) est un spectacle à lui tout seul.
Villa confortable, bien équipée et bien agencée pour passer des vacances optimales à plusieurs.
La climatisation dans les chambres était un gros plus pendant la période de canicule que nous avons eue début Juin.
L' environnement autour de la villa est calme et très reposant.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques, accueillants et à l'écoute des demandes formulées, ce qui est très appréciable.
Nous recommandons vivement le choix de cette location.

La villa est très agréable, le jardin, la piscine et la grande terrasse sont parfait pour profiter de l'extérieure.
La vue sur la mer permets de surveiller le retour des bateaux de pécheurs.
La propriétaire est charmante et toujours à l'écoute des demandes et de très bon conseil pour les visites et les restaurants.
Une location où nous aurons plaisir à retourner.

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien déroulé, nous avons été accueilli par la propriétaire, qui nous a fait visiter la maison et qui a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions. Tout était conforme aux photos, la villa est magnifique, très bien conçue, propre... le jardin est entretenu, la piscine est nettoyée régulièrement, nous avons vraiment pu profiter de la vue mer, du calme de cet endroit résidentiel, de la piscine etc.... La propriétaire est disponible et nous a bien conseillé sur les activités à faire et les bonnes adresses à connaître. Notre souhait est de revenir car seul point noir : le temps est passé trop vite ! Nous avons passé des vacances géniales en famille dans cette villa sublime ! Tout à fait conforme aux photos, la villa est très bien étudiée, l'espace permet à chacun de trouver sa place, les enfants et les grands ravis par la piscine :)
Et cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire est réactive, disponible et très arrangeante ! Sachant que nous venions avec un petit garçon de 2 ans, elle nous a mis à disposition un lit parapluie et même une poussette pour nos balades en soirée ! Merci encore pour votre accueil.
Nous avons été tellement ravis que nous repartons pour 15 jours en août 2016.

Une année de trop
J'ai retrouvée cette très belle villa que j'ai loué en 2014 ,mais c'est avec beaucoup de déception que je l'ai retrouvée. Fourmis dans toute la maison des mouches plaque de cuisson fonctionne à moitié , manque des verres plats. piscine sale et de plus la propriétaire m'a reprochée que le nettoyage était mal fais
