About this apartment rental

A contemporary, spacious and elegant 3 bedrooms apartment .
Bright and comfortable this third floor apartment also offers a stunning view from all the windows to the Carlton Hill Monument
(sorry, no LIFT or elevator in this historic building).


Situated at the East End of Edinburgh opposite to the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre and close to local attractions including the Vue Cinema Omni Center, St James Shopping Center and Botanic Garden.
Short walk to Princes Street, Waverly Train Station and the Bus Station. It is also well connected to the Edinburgh Airport just 20 minutes away by car
and now also connected by Tram from the airport to Picardy place stop just outside the apartment.

Getting to your Picardy Place holiday home could not be easier it is located in Edinburgh city center so Airport bus stop is within few minute walk; Edinburgh Waverley train station just 5 minutes away as well as the Bus station. Once the tram will work the stop from the airport will be just at Picardy Place.

Airport bus regularly runs between airport and City Centre (Waverly station) as well as the Tram runs from the airport and one of then stops is Picardy Place , near the apartment .

This is a lovely apt in the heart of Edinburgh with shirt walks to everything you would want to see and do. The hosts were wonderful and quick to reapond with our questions. Eat at their restaurant, Guilianos, it's AMAZINGLY good!

We have a lovely stay at this apartment. Wish we could have stayed longer! Easy walk to all the sites. Wonderful Italian restaurant next door. Parking facility close by if needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Plenty of space! It happened to be a heatwave they brought us fans for every room. Constant communication and ease of check in. Easy check out as well. Great spot for quick connection to airport tram. Walkable to everything. Restaurant downstairs for takeout pizza was perfect. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice center city apartment that was large enough to easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. Large well stocked kitchen Host was very responsive Great location within walking distance to restaurants, Edinburgh castle and train and bus stops

We had six adults and three children ages 5 to 10. Good sized flat so it worked for us. Location in New Town at the base of Calton Hill so lots of stuff close by. The one consideration is the pub across the way that is open very late (2 or 3 AM) with loud patrons outside. Muffled if you keep the windows closed. We’d stay again if we had a need for that many people.

Had a great stay here while exploring Edinburgh. Fantastic location, very clean, enough room for five of us to spread out. Hosts were super responsive.
