Surkea yöpymispaikka

Ainoa hyvä puoli majoituksessa retkipyöräilijän vinkkelistä keskustasijainti ja lähellä olevat kaupat eli helppo eväiden täydennysmahdollisuus.

Kuin ränsistynyt varastorakennus. Sisäänkäynti lastauslaiturin kupeessa. Nuoriso kerääntyi mopoineen ja autoineen mölyämään pihalle. Kulahtanut huone nro. 10. Puhtaat ja siistit liinavaatteet (petaamatta) eli sinänsä yöpyminen ok. Mutta hinta-laatu-suhde huono. Montaakaan kymppiä en tästä tympeydestä maksaisi.

Get a new lock/key

Great value for money. Clean and tidy a lot better on the inside

No one answered contact number when we had trouble with entering the building had to drive back to key pick up location to get another set. Had issues with these keys as well. Keys/locks were rubbish had difficulty entering every time we tried

Good location, room was well equipped.

The location was very good. Had a microwave, kettle and cutlery. All the the basics was covered and think it is worth based on the pricing

I had no wifi access at all. Had emailed the contact but there was no response whilst staying there. Not a major issue, but wifi access while traveling is an absolute essential. Shared bathroom could her a bit busy.

Does the job, but a bit expensive for a solo traveler

Comfortable bedroom placed right in the center of Sodankylä, with microwave and fridge in the bedroom as well as table ware and dishes

Expensive, lacks a kitchen area if you want to cook a meal

In the center of town.

Difficult finding the house, the picture link we were sent did not work. the dishwasher did not work.

Very good

It was pretty large and exceeded the expectations because the ratings were pretty bad. We did not have real problems

Picking up the key somewhere else is always a little annoying, but it was not really an issue It was not very clean, but alright

Exceptional

Nice comfy apartment, bigger than expected and bigger than our needs. I found the bed particularly comfortable (you have to put on the provided sheets).

Terrible overall experience

Terrible overall experience. Apartment with 2 bedrooms where 1st works as corridor as you go through it when entering and then through 2nd room to get to kitchen and toiled - misleading photos. It's good only for couples, for others really unacceptable. Fridge is loud like a waterfall. Level of snow on the roof not maintained at all (and we are in Lapland!), heavy snow-fall severally cracked shield of my rental car, luckily covered by insurance. And still after damaging 2 cars at car park owner done nothing to solve it, only put tape around parking spots. We rented apartment for more then week and ordered apartment upgrade but still owner treats as like intruders. I received unpleasant call from owner asking to pay upgrade fee immediately or our belongings will be removed. This is in situation we are somewhere like in middle of rental period with virtually no risk of not covering our stay, they had my credit card number. Never experienced such behavior. Apartment operators from Saariselän Kuukkeli generally very helpful but it doesn't solve everything. Strongly not recommended for stay. Price not coming with quality at all.
