We had a fantastic long weekend in Greenville. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and is so close to Main St and all the great bars and restaurants. Also a short walk to the falls. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a fun time. Thanks Tricia for providing a welcoming environment.

The condo was awesome and perfectly located so we were able to walk to everything on our list plus more. The natural light was wonderful and Trish was great to work with. Highly recommend! Nose Dive restaurant was one of the recommendations and it was so worth it. Hope to come back again and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

This was a great "home base" for two couples staying several days for a local wedding. Nice, CLEAN, well-lit, and well-appointed apartment which is also walking distance to everything Greenville has to offer. Easy access even during the city's arts festival. Parking made it easy to come and go. Host was great! Loved it!

This condo was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a week for a wedding. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go! Loved not having to worry about a key! The 2 bedrooms were roomy and comfortable as well as the common spaces. It was light and airy during the day and room darkening drapes were perfect at night. Some road noise in the evening but to be expected when you stay in any city. Parking was great and the loading zone space was also very convenient during check in and check out. Tricia was very responsive and helpful. Would stay there again!

We were in town to celebrate my parents' 70th wedding anniversary. The loft was just perfect for us. It is even better than the pictures indicate. The unit is very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of fluffy towels. There were four of us, and we had space and privacy for everyone. The washer and dryer are also nice to have. We did not cook during our stay, but if you want to do that, you will be all set. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of storage space. The location is also a huge plus. There is on-site parking, and we did not move our car during our stay. We easily walked to North Main, through Falls Park, and out to the Greenville Drive Stadium...even with elderly parents. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my parents' milestone even more special!

Our group of four loves coming to Greenville to see plays and concerts at the Peace Center. This large, light-filled downtown loft is convenient to everything and very comfortable. Thank you so much!

A buddy and I came to town for a basketball tournament. Everything we wanted was in easy walking distance. Literally minutes to so many restaurants. The property was nicely appointed, with whatever you needed to enjoy your stay. The host reached out multiple times to make certain our check-in went smoothly, and to ensure we had no concerns or needs. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is charming, clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for downtown, walkable to loads of good restaurants, museums and even the zoo! Awesome communication with Tricia the owner. Nice TV and easy to use remotes 😊 It is in a well secured condo building with an elevator, free parking for one car. It was quiet at night.

Six night stay while preparing a performance held at the Gunter Theatre the last night of our stay. Comfortable and convenient; loved having the assortment of herbs. Very well appointed kitchen.

This property is right in the middle of Greenville downtown. It is within walking distance of everything… the river walk, the arena, Mast General, coffee shops and restaurants. Loved the exposed brick in our accommodations… old Sunday school classrooms turned into apartments! Very cool.

Short weekend trip to Greenville for a wedding; this property was the perfect location to maximize our limited free time and explore the wonderful downtown area. The condo is absolutely beautiful and clean. It is extremely well appointed and well-kept, right down to the holiday decorations sprinkled throughout the tasteful decor. Most importantly, Tricia is a fantastic host - she was very accommodating to our situation, very kind, and quick to respond to our queries. Highly recommend this property to anyone; while Greenville is a wonderful town, the condo made it feel like home!

Great stay: bike rental two blocks away, fun to ride the rabbit trail, ice cream at Spill the Beans, close to restaurants. Reedy Park. Day trip to Eagle Mt Vineyards is worth the 30 minute drive.

This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a perfect location for walking to all that downtown Greenville has to offer. Tricia is a great communicator, making it easy to check in and out, and everything is spotless. So much better than staying in a hotel room.

The condo has a very nice kitchen/living/dining area with big windows that let in lots of light. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, towels and soaps. The bedrooms/bathrooms had plenty of linens/paper products/soaps. The check-in/check-out process was well described and accurate. I appreciated all the information on things to do and where to eat in Greenville. We had a great time and the location can't be beat!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Shops, restaurants, and entertainment an easy walk. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I slept well in the comfy master bedroom. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment in a restored downtown building was perfect for my husband and myself. Parking is available in a lot next door, keyless entry was very convenient, and the apartment is well-equipped. Best of all, we walked out our door and wandered all around beautiful downtown Greenville. The property manager was very helpful and extremely organized.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was great. Lots of room. Beds comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more baking pans, but other than that it’s stock good. It’s close so you can walk pretty much wherever you want to go.

This loft was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend in Greenville! The location was within easy walking distance of everything downtown. The loft was beautiful, clean and well-equipped. And Tricia was terrific, providing detailed communication and responding quickly to the questions we had. Will definitely be back!
