About this house rental

In the immediate hinterland of the wonderful Sestri Levante (5 km) nice independent house newly restored in the characteristic Ligurian style, in the city centre of Casarza Ligure in the ancient area of Saint Michael, pedestrian area. All services and shops are at hand in few steps. It is a highly welcoming Holiday House with 1 master bedroom , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( for a total of 4 bed places) , a sitting room with a wide living area and an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a living area in a terrace with table, chairs and an additional court yard, public parking area for free and always available at 30 meters. The wonderful beaches of Riva Trigoso (3,5km) and Sestri Levante (5 km) can be reached in 5 minutes by car, but also by bus or by bike through the local cycle track (10 minutes max). Moneglia is 10 kilometres far, Le Cinque Terre can be easily joined by train, Santa Margherita Ligure – Portofino - Camogli are 30/35 kilometers far and Genoa is 50 kilometers far. Interesting and nice are the tours in the hinterland: the Val di Vara valley with its medieval jewel of Varese Ligure, or the Val Graveglia with its mining of Gambatesa. For those who love trekking or mountain biking many tours are available with heart breaking sightseeing... Pisa – Lucca – Firenze are 90 minutes max far. Excellent!!

The property is excellent as described and was the perfect place for our visit to Cinque Terre. It is a very comfortable apartment and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host, Roberto was there to welcome us and was super nice. We hope to visit again! 😊

Siamo stati in vacanza dal 8/8 al 15 /8 in quattro persone. L'appartamento corrisponde alla pubblicazione sul sito. È situato a 5 minuti di macchina dal mare, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ben ristrutturato e ben arredato. I proprietari Enrica e Roberto si sono dimostrati molto disponibili. Consigliabile a tutti.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Casarza Lingure verbracht. Die ganze Region ist sehr hübsch, man muß die sehen, dort ein paar Tage verbringen, und dann möchte man unbedingt wiederkommen :) Die Wohnung von Roberto ist sauber und gemütlich, uns hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Danke Roberto und viele Grüße aus München!

Maison très calme (zone piétonne mais avec possibilité de parking gratuit et facile) Idéale pour une famille. La terrasse est très agréable. Idéalement située pour visiter cette jolie région de l'Italie : Cinque Terre, plages, Genova, randonnée... Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et donnent de bon conseils. L'appartement est bien équipé et propre.

Petite maison très confor...

Petite maison très confortable dans un petit village calme, pas envahi par les touristes. A dix minutes en velo de la plage, à une demi heure en train des Cinq terres. Peut donc être un bon point de départ pour des excursions, comme un lieu de farniente.
