깔끔한 서비스, 뛰어난 위치, 한적하고 프라이버시가 보장된 루프탑 수영장까지, 편안하고 만족스러운 숙박을 위한 모든 요소를 갖춘 호텔

아침 식사는 서양식과 필리핀식 중 선택할 수 있었는데(물론 샐러드 등의 메뉴도 충실히 제공됩니다), 과하지 않으면서도 깔끔한 메뉴 구성이 돋보였습니다. 음식이 정갈했고, 직원들 또한 세심하고 친절하게 응대해 주어 만족스러웠습니다. 특히, 이 정도의 서비스는 이 가격대의 호텔에서 흔히 기대하기 어려운 수준이라 매우 인상 깊었습니다. 위치에 대해서는, 지도상으로는 약간 애매하게 느껴질 수 있지만 실제로는 보라카이 어디든 쉽게 이동할 수 있는 편리한 위치에 자리하고 있었습니다. 화이트 비치까지의 이동 시간도 짧았고, 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있는 디몰 역시 가까워 접근성이 뛰어났습니다. 특히 오후 시간에는 관광객이 많지 않아 한적하게 개인 시간을 보내기에도 좋았습니다. 시끄러운 환경을 피하고자 하는 분들에게는 더욱 추천할 만한 장소입니다. 루프탑에 있는 수영장은 이 호텔의 하이라이트라 할 만합니다. 제가 숙박했던 시기(11월 기준)에는 이용객 수가 적당하여 북적임 없이 여유롭게 수영을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 또한, 주변에 더 높은 건물이 없어 프라이버시가 잘 보장되는 점도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 탁 트인 공간에서 여유로운 시간을 보내기에 딱 좋은 환경이었습니다. 다른 리뷰들은 와이파이 신호가 약하다고 하는데, 실제로 신호가 약하다고 느낀 적은 없었습니다.

없었습니다. 보라카이 방문이 이번으로 4회째인데, 여러 리조트에 묵어봤지만 이곳만큼 만족스러운 곳은 없었습니다.

I prefer the location close to both back beach and front beach, also few minutes away from dmall.

The staff are very nice and accomodating, the front desk is very friendly and kind, she always greeted us with a smile. They are very quick to all my concern. I enjoy the breakfast a lot.

I like that the property and room is clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. They sang Happy birthday to me when we stayed there which I appreciate. Great value for money. has a nice rooftop pool too.

Budget Hotel

Their roofrop pool was amazing.

1. AC needs maintenance 2. Rooms are not super clean as i noticed dust on the side tables and Lints under the comforters. 3. The towels already need to be replaced beacuse they're no longer white and have frayed edges.

Brilliant staff

It was our first time staying in Boracay, and we will definitely return back to this hotel. The staff is just amazing and doing a great job. The location is central and accessible. Breakfast was tasty.

The rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear the noise from the other rooms. Some room facilities need to be updated. Additional storage in the bathroom and the room would help.

Staff were exceptional but location is noisy

The staff customer service was exceptional. They also organised transport from airport to the hotel which made our travel easy. The complimentary ice tea upon arrival was lovely! They always greeted you with a smile wherever you go. Breakfast was delicious (wish it wasn’t a pre-order because you don’t really know what you want the rest of your stay). The restaurant also has the best ribs we’ve had on Boracay! It was 10 minute walking distance from white beach and D’mall which was great.

I originally booked a queen suite but on the first night we were placed in a twin room with a double and single bed. We arrived at late night and my phone was out of battery so I wasn’t able to check then but the next morning I advised one of the staff that we were placed in the wrong room, she tried to say that if we change rooms it will be a “downgrade”. But I wanted the room I booked and paid for which they eventually transferred us to. The queen suite was much better than what they placed us in. The room had a queen size bed not a double which made our first night uncomfortable to sleep in. So technically, having the twin room on the first night was a downgrade to the queen suite. The room is advertised “soundproofing” which I think is false advertisement. We can hear people walking up and down the hall way. The roosters at 4am and followed by construction work nearby. The tiles in the bathroom was squishy - every time we step on them water would come up from the cracks. Pool towels - you have to pay for which is fair enough but they had some weird stains on them. On the last day, we organised transport to the airport with one of the staff. Cebu Pacific changed our flight time which I notified another staff immediately for a 10am check out and 10am transport pick up. But we received a phone call at 6:45am telling us that the driver is here for pick up. This was such an inconvenience because we were already disturbed by the staff doing who knows what at 5am. But staff was very apologetic for the mistakes and ensured to rectify asap.

good stay there in a friendly hotel but it could be improved with small investment I guess

great location and staff is very nice!!! rooftop pool is a must the allowed me to rest and take shower while waiting that my room was ready I really appreciated that

humidity smell in the room wifi is soso isolation could be improved for noise for beakfast you just order one plate in the menu so not a buffet with lot of choice they charged for a towel to bring in the beach and even for a small razor I asked

two spiders in bathroom on day one, pool very worn / old which was disappointing so didn’t use, housekeeping could be better eg provide more than happy me toilet roll per visit, breakfast limited

- don't pay for breakfast; it's totally bland and boring and needs to be ordered in advance - insufficient amount of poolchairs and no shadow or umbrella
