Het ontbijt was prima.

De WC op de kamer was gemaakt voor kinderen of kabouters. Een volwassen persoon kon hier amper naar toilet gaan. Het licht op de kamer bleef knipperen waardoor we ons meer in een discotheek waanden dan in een hotelkamer. Eens we op het bed gingen liggen zakte het zo ver in dat we bijna terug op de vloer lagen.

Alleen het ontbijt was goed in het hotel.

Het ontbijt was super! Ook de ontbijtruimte was zeer mooi. Zeer ruim aanbod in de ontbijtruimte. Ik heb helaas niet meer positieve zaken te vertellen over het hotel.

Poetsproblematiek, alle dagen een zootje op de gangen. Kamers zijn verouderd en hun beste tijd gehad. Onthaal was vreselijk. Weinig of geen uitleg. Normaal waren er nog verschillende faciliteiten waar niks over verteld werd. Ook geen boek op de kamer met wat uitleg. Helemaal niets. Bij de vraag de eerste dag of ik iets kon drinken inde bar werd ik doorverwezen naar hun zusterhotel wat verderop. Daar was echter ook niemand aanwezig. De laatste avond was de klap op de vuurpijl. Ik kreeg een drankje en een verontschuldiging met nog een gratis drankje. Echter 5 minuten erna werd alles gesloten en was al het personeel met de noorderzon verdwenen. Om 20:00u is toch wel vroeg.

In het algemeen heel aangenaam personeel en wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad.

Ontbijt was top , heel veel keuze. Toplocatie 50m van het strand 🏖️

Kussens waren heel klein

Ik ging er voor rust, me-time, en ook dankzij het goede weer is dat zeker gelukt.

Het ontbijt met een erg uitgebreid keuze. De kamer was compact maar ik koos een kamer alleen en ik had alles wat nodig is en het was toch de bedoeling meestal buiten te vertoeven. Goed dat het raam wat open kon anders zou het te bevangen zijn. Personeel(in -uitchecken, keuken, poetsvrouw) waren steeds vriendelijk. Poetsvrouw hielp me even omdat eenmalig mijn codekaart na enkele tevergeefse pogingen geen correct contact gaf. Lukte wel bij haar. (Nogmaals dank)

Geregeld wat dichte geluiden buiten of van buren maar dat was niet lang storend.

Overall, comfortable and stress free

Everything was oké, the biggest minus- the room too warm, the window could not be properly opened, there was some annoying tapping noise outside at night- the window faced a backyard of the building with some pipes. Also a smell of smoking was coming through, the windows of neighbours (or neighbouring houses were really close)... The biggest plus is a delicious breakfast that is available until 10.30 and the location

Good value and close to the beach!

Spacious rooms for the price. Very friendly staff. Great location (close to the train station, and even closer to the beach). Also, surprisingly good bed! Cosy breakfast place and lovely breakfast.

The place was rather old and the outside windows to the room where very dirty (perhaps from construction closeby).

Lovely and relaxing stay!

Very pretty and cosy hotel right in front of the beach. Beautiful rooftop, sauna access, very spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice. The staff is veeeery very nice and very helpful! I will be 100% back!!

This hotel provided a good overall experience. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. While the hotel was generally clean, there were some minor issues in the room that could use fixing.

The room was charming and really clean. We had breaksfast and everything was fresh, we had a great selection and the personal was kind. The hotel is really close to the beach and to the train station.

Won't recommend. It's a total deception. Room that was a emergency exit.

Location

- I was assigned a room that is emergency exit, with room key available to anyone so they could enter at any time (as shown in the photos); - Hotel very dated, in nothing like it shows in the pictures / deception and false advertising; - Very uncomfortable bed (two mattresses together) I spent the night falling into the hole, like someone who is sucked into a black hole, no matter how much I tried to sleep at the edge of the bed, the mattress, due to the poor quality, tilted to the center, between the two mattresses; - Pillows that look like sheets of paper, so thin; - The room was not clean at all; - Window and windowsill full of pigeon/ gull droppings; - Bed linen was very worn and with rips; - Blanket unwashed, with animal hair and very dusty; - Curtains that released cloud of dust every time they were moved; - Shower head not very functional; - No AC/ room too hot; - Non-existent soundproofing, both for surrounding rooms and hallway; - Unfriendly and poorly presented staff; - Staff with little knowledge of English and can barely speak French (even though it is the official language of the country); - place to store luggage, open to all and unattended; - jacuzzi out of service (option to use another hotel pool); - Too expensive (175€, reduced to 140 for 1 night), for the general state of the hotel and the room presented; - a 3 star hotel much worse than many 2 star hotels - I won't be back and I won't recommend it!
