Anzitutto la cortesia e l' accoglienza avuta dal personale, un ottima posizione della stanza che era fronte mare, ottimo tutto secondo me , il mio patner e la mia amica che era con noi. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche la struttura della stanza a tre dove il letto matrimoniale è diviso come vista dal 3° letto garantendo così riservatezza tra i tre ospiti, ottima struttura, il terrazzo che era fronte mare era spettacolare permettendo di assistere al sorgere del sole in modo diretto. Consiglierò a chiunque di alloggiare all' Hotel Maja, per tutto ma sopra a tutto per la professionalità, gentilezza cortesia del personale, che anche con telefonate durante il percorso di discesa da Milano che è stato difficoltoso non ha stressato mai sottolineando il ritardo rispetto all' orario di arrivo previsto, ma ci ha rassicurato dicendo che non vi era alcun problema di arrivare tranquilli. A tutto il personale rivolgo a nome di tutti noi 3 ospiti un grande grande grazie.

Fazit: älteres Hotel jedoch gut und sauber

Lage war super, direkt am Strand, hauseigener Parkplatz (gebührenpflichtig), es gab jedoch auch kostenlose Parkplätze direkt bei der Straße

Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nicht ganz so modern. Privatstrand war noch geschlossen - schade da es schon Ende Mai war

La situation excellente, le personnel aimable, un rapport qualité prix honnête mais sans plus.

UN LUOGO AFFIDABILE SUL LUNGOMARE DI PESCARA

Hotel situato fronte mare. Offre camere spaziose e letti molto confortevoli. Alla reception il personale è molto disponibile e premuroso. Altra nota molto positiva la colazione ricca sia sul dolce che il salato.

Un suggerimento, almeno per quanto concerne la mia camera, occorrerebbe un restyling dell'arredamento e dei sanitari. Darebbe sicuramente più prestigio alla struttura

Decent 4 star hotel overall with a very professional staff!

The staff were always very nice, professional and ready to assist, perfect service i must say. The room and other areas of the hotel were kept super clean at all times. Breakfast was good, the location of the hotel is alright, gorgeous view but a little walk from the city centre and supermarkets.

The bunk bed is what i didn't like, since i had asked for the 2 single beds option. I understand the bunk bed is used to save space, however it is so outdated and not comfortable to use.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

In diesem Hotel stimmt alles. Wir geniessen den Aufenthalt mit einem Spaziergang am Meer ( 50 Meter vom Hotel ). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel/Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück hat eine grosse Auswahl.

Da gibt es nichts zu schreiben.

The room was good. The staff was great. :)

It was outside a bar / club that had crazy kids in the street until 5 am singing and dancing. So noisy you could hear it with the doors closed and the ac on running at full tilt. The breakfast was good but everything was cold food. FYI

Convenient overnight stay

Bed was comfortable and bathroom good. Free breakfast had a good selection although the coffee was from machine.

A little noisy during the night from the beach clubs across the road. No free parking.

Good for beach holiday in Pescara.

Excellent staff and very clean and adjacent to the beach

Air con was only just adequate. Having to pay 50c for a beach shower seemed mean when you are paying €25 for a beach umbrella and two loungers.

Great hotel, nice breakfast

This is a hotel for summer holidays by the beach. I booked it for only one night, and it was great. The staff is nice, the room is big and has a balcony, the bathroom is small but well-equipped. It is clean, the wifi works, and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of sweet options (because this is Italy). In the extra season, the parking is free on the street, but they also offer some private parking spots.

Parking was important for me. I think 4 Stars Hotel is about the service. There were free places in the hotel parking, but the girl from reception told me, "There are no places, you can park your car on the street." There is a charge for parking on the street from 8 a.m., I had to get up before 8 a.m. to take the ticket and put it under the glass.. What is this , a new level of service in 4-star hotels?? I came to rest and have to run around the street at 8 o'clock in the morning to look for a parking meter??? The breakfast was not at the level of 4 stars either. Before, I stayed in the 4-star Luxor Beach Cattolica for 4 days, the same price category and the same 4 stars, but there is nothing to compare here! Everything was perfect in Cattolica! I would add another star to Luxor Beach Cattolica because it was a 5-star level! And here a maximum of 3 stars for a pittance. The price is the same! I'm sure I'll never stay in this hotel again.

a great way to spend a weekend in Pescara!

amazing location - next to the beach! hotel has their own beach! the breakfast is great! in the previous reviews, I read that the staff was handing the food (even if it was a buffet). it seems it’s not the case anymore - you can approach the table and pick whatever you want in any amount. the brekkie is also amazing! the view from our hotel was also great!

Kinda pity that you need to pay for the hotel, even when you’re a guest! it’s €20 for the whole day. it should be incl into the fare of the room (or with a better discount). apart from that, the hotel was great! me and my boyfriend are really tall so bear in mind that as your feet might hang over the floor 😛

Very poor

It was available as a last minute booking when our travel plans were disrupted due to flooding in Northern Italy.

Where do I start? Who ever awarded this hotel 4 stars must have perhaps had mushrooms for breakfast! 3 stars would have been generous but 2 stars would have been appropriate. We arrived at 22:50 after a horrible long drive on Italian motorways to be told the bar was closed! A sit down with a relaxing drink would have been nice, but the very supercilious receptionist said no! The room was adequate but very dated decor and there was a thick layer of dust on top of the cistern. The orange juice dispenser at breakfast was out of order. The only options available were very sweet cordial type drinks, the waitress did however get us freshly squeezed orange from the bar. Checking out out yet another supercilious receptionist asked if we had anything from the mini bar, i said what minibar? He replied the fridge - maybe you had some water? Well yes we had had two small bottles from the fridge, hardly minibar as it only contained was four bottles of water. For this we were charged 4 €!!!!!! All in all a very disappointing stay.

Very convenient, easy access for our travel needs.

We thought the staff was excellent and the breakfast very good. We like the corner room which gave us more space. The balcony facing the ocean was enjoyable in the late afternoon.

Great lovely place to stay near the beach

Staff were friendly, great location with easy access to the beach and good places to eat nearby. They have private parking which is useful.

Breakfast looked like self-service but yet it wasn't, you have to wait to be served which seemed a bit silly when there were tools to serve without touching the food by hand.
