La taille, le confort et la propreté de la chambre. Double fenêtre pour l'insonorisation extérieure. Proximité de la gare.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un plateau avec bouilloire dans la chambre.

Central and very close to all facilities. I will stay here again in the future.

Great breakfast.

The absence of a lift was noted. I realise that older buildings don't have these facilities but for those that require it, this is important.

Basic facilities. Staff were very helpful. Garage for the motorbike was a bonus.

Good location clean hotel Clean City with Very good transport links. Some very good bars and restaurants nearby.

Rooms in hotel could be upgraded to have Tea and Coffee facilities and better toiletries such as soap shower gel in bathroom.

The Hotel staff was very polite and kind. The room was very clean, warm and with good heat water. The location is super.

Very good

Not far from the train station and a short walk to central city. The guy working at the front desk was very helpful. Kindly helped with my luggage and was always friendly.

On my arrival there was no one at the front desk. A sign said someone would be there soon. Waited for 20minutes - during that time tried ringing and knocking with no effect. Finally a women showed up and was very rude. No elevator so can be a bit difficult with luggage.

Ok but for no more than 1 night

The room is ok for the money and well located.

The room is very small. I was able to barely move the chair back to sit on the desk, it was quite uncomfortable and I'm not a big fella. The Internet was useless, I had to use my own data because of poor or no connection with the hotel's wifi.

Good location, nice stopover

Good location for Jardin des plantes, short walk to SNCF, cathedral, castle and city centre. Good selection of local bars, restaurants and shops on Rue Marechal Joffre which is pedestrianised on weekend evenings and very popular. Hotel friendly, clean and comfortable.Trouble free transaction and stay

Noise from street until late at night on weekend. Steep windy stairs could be a problem for some.

I would say my stay was fair but could have good and possibly better.

The location is good and the staff were helpful in certain aspects.

They never gave internet. Let me put it this way, their internet doesn’t work. Imagine in this day and age. I couldn’t work from my room because of this.

good location, not too noisy even though it’s located close to the station.

arrogant personal: no response on a message via booking.com with a request for modification of the booking, during a follow up phone call they refused the request with the comment: pls feel free to cancel the booking but you won’t find a hotel with a better price.

Very helpfull staff and very friendly. I asked if I could leave the bags after checking out if my travelplans were delayed and that was not a problem. Great service. The bed was comfy, the sheets clean and the shower nice and strong. The hotel is only five minutes walking from the station. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was woken up several times in the night by the neighbours in the hotel. So maybe the walls are too thin or the neighbours too loud. But all in all this was the only thing that bothered me. And in the end I did sleep well.

Very noisy. Couldn't sleep. People running up and down stairs all night, could have been staff.Mattress was not comfy.

Un hôtel fort sympathique et agréable

Excellent location in a boho area with little cafés & eatery ! Reception and staff very helpfull and friendly , I shall be staying there from now on :-))) Good size room , very clean , excellent breakfast , all perfect thank you very much

pillows bit hard that all :-))) everything else was good what I call an easy human size hotel with good people :-))
