Good breakfast, in desperate need for an update

Fantastic stay

My room was spacious. Ensuite was clean. My room was cleaned every day of my stay. They always put out new sachets of coffee & milk every day of my stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning

The small light above the bed didn't work. You had to let the tap run for about a minute to get any hot water

For the price very good.

Room was comfortable. I slept quite reasonable. Breakfast was good and well served. Staff checked all was fine with the food and choice you made. Main thing everything was clean.

The staff were lovely, the room and bed was very comfortable, with a desk, as well as a small sink in the room, as well as the separate bathroom that I had all to myself. The full English breakfast was also very good, and had a vegetarian option with vegetarian sausages rather than bacon available. I could have stayed for a lot longer!

Comfortable and reasonably priced and well located if you want to be in Beeston rather than the city

Room was comfortably sized, with plenty of space to put things, which seem unusal days. Bathroom was huge, as was bath. Breakfast was very pleasant, and staff friendly. Location was very convenient for our purposes with some nice walks nearby, and and easy walk into Beeston centre. Would likely use it again if we need to stay in the area

Nothing much to complain about. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is a certainly a comfortable place to stay.

For value its is great place to stay - rooms are little out dated but it was very clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were really nice and friendly.

Needs a little update to rooms - but that would put the price up and that is the only negative.

Breakfast a bit too small could be at least two eggs 😁 generally it's not bad but I've stayed in much better hotels for similar prices before. If you just need a bed and don't eat a big breakfast, it's ok 😉

Overall, I had an excellent stay at this premise.

The English breakfast was superb. Coupled with the friendly staff, always willing to help. Very polite staff.

Presence of pets scared me😂😂😂.

The breakfast was brilliant. Staff was nice and helpful.

I got rashes after the first night. They looked like insect bites since there were clear biting spots. I suspect it's the linen but can't be sure about that.

Iam not sure i would use the hotel again if others were available but it was ok

The room was clean,and staff were very helpful.I did not have breakfast as i had to be away early.There as coffe available and the tv was a decent size

the location is not the best,warm weather so i had to have windows open and it was very noisy.The room was much smaller than i expected.The lock on the door was not the easiest to open.

The hotel is nice. Its cheap. There's a bar. You get a full English breakfast which is nice. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Thank you so much

Toilet had boiler room and water cylinder in it. Hot noisy and dusty. Found dust and dirty tissue under the bed

REALLY NICE HOTEL, NICE LOCATION, CLOSE TO NOTTINGHAM BY BUS/TRAM/TRAIN, BEESTON HAS A NICE VILLAGE

Ok but you get what you pay for. Needs a major refurb.

Friendly staff but... no pressure at all in shower. No way to control or turn off heating. Old and dated carpet, decoration and furniture. Uncomfortable cheap bed. Lack of attention to detail.
