Eccezionale.

Immobile ristrutturato con assoluto gusto. Molto accogliente. Riposo assicurato dall'assoluto silenzio, pur non essendo in una zona periferica. Parcheggio privato comodissimo. All'arrivo, come benvento, ho trovato cioccolatini fatti in casa dalla titolare: fantastici. Colazione eccezionale: marmellate, buonissime, fatte in casa dalla titolare. Salumi e formaggi locali. Pane di tre tipi diversi. Gentilissima la collaboratrice della titolare. Un trattamento assolutamente oltre ogni aspettativa. La consiglio assolutissimamente. Grazie alla "La piccola locanda" per avermi assicurato un soggiorno sereno in un momento non semplice. Grazie di cuore.

Locanda 5 stelle

Luogo delizioso, una villetta immersa in un piccolo e silenzioso giardino. Camera ampia, semplice ma elegante, arredata con pezzi di design, cura dei dettagli da hotel 5 stelle. Colazione sontuosa, con dolci fatti in casa e prodotti del territorio. Accoglienza, disponibilità e precisione un importantissimo valore aggiunto. Segnato a buon titolo tra i miei preferiti!

Excellent place to stay in Modica

I liked everything. The staff was super helpful and the place was very clean. Very Good and fresh breakfast. Parking is good and safe. I would highly recommend. I would surely like to go there again.

Non può non piacere questa piccola oasi di tranquillità. L'architetto Stefania ci ha accolti con cioccolato fatto in casa e succo di frutta

Fantastico

È una casetta a solo contornata da un curatissimo giardino. La signora Stefania e Margherita sono eccezionali. Gentilissime e sempre a disposizione. La colazione fantastica con prodotti caserecci. Mio figlio è stato felicissimo di poter giocare all'aperto e si è innamorato della casetta e delle signore. Consiglio vivamente.

Miłe miejsce z bardzo dobrą obsługą.

Bardzo miła obsługa, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Pokój zadbany, gustownie urządzony i czysty. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, na miejscu dostępny parking. Wszystko czego potrzeba na przyjemny odpoczynek.

Zabrakło mi informacji że pokój znajduje się w podpiwniczeniu i nie było to dla nas do końca komfortowe, niemniej jednak finalnie nie wpłynęło to na naszą ocenę miejca.

Ottima accoglienza e cura del dettaglio

Soggiorno veramente piacevole. La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima per spostarsi nelle zone limitrofe e a pochi km dal centro storico di Modica. Dotata di parcheggio privato comodissimo. Siamo stati accolti da Margherita con un ottimo spuntino di benvenuto, la camera era organizzata molto bene e nel frigo abbiamo trovato acqua e succhi di frutta freschi in quantità. Ottima la pulizia della camera. Molto buona la colazione con buffet dolce e salato: i dolci sono preparati ogni giorno dalla signora Stefania. Faccio i miei complimenti a Stefania e Margherita per l’ottima accoglienza e i servizi offerti.

In camera non c’è uno stendino ma è possibile stendere i panni nella ringhiera del terrazzo, solo come consiglio un piccolo stendino lo metterei a disposizione dei clienti.

A cozy Sicilian experience

We had a pleasant stay at La Piccola Locanda. Our host, a charming Sicilian lady, was genuinely warm and quickly addressed a small issue with our room. The home made pistachio cake with ricotta cream was a delightful treat, and her version of the Modica-style chocolates was a unique taste of Sicilian tradition. Recommended for a cozy Sicilian experience.

A Homely Stay and Perfect Farewell to Sicily at La Piccola Locanda

If you're planning to spend your last night in Sicily, La Piccola Locanda in Modica should be your destination of choice. This bed and breakfast offers a heartwarming experience, a testament to Sicilian hospitality. The room was supremely comfortable, furnished in a manner that immediately makes you feel at home. Waking up to a scrumptious breakfast was the ideal way to kickstart our day. The spread featured a variety of options, each as delightful as the next. One of the highlights of La Piccola Locanda is its central location in Modica. We found it incredibly easy to reach and an excellent base for walking explorations of this charming city. Parking can often be an issue in busy towns, but not here. The availability of inside parking was not just convenient but also gave us peace of mind about the safety of our vehicle. The owner is an incredibly nice lady who went above and beyond to accommodate us. On our last day, as we planned to explore Modica before heading to Pozzallo for the ferry, she graciously offered to keep our luggage in her office. While in Modica, don’t miss out on visiting Café Adamo. Their pastries are sinfully delicious and round off the experience of this delightful town perfectly. I highly recommend La Piccola Locanda for anyone looking to explore Modica or needing a comforting stop before catching a ferry. You will leave with fond memories and perhaps even a bit of reluctance to say goodbye to Sicily. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to friends and family? In a heartbeat. Quiet location with a small private parking. The host was really nice and accommodating. Clean rooms & equipped kitchen.

I would definitively recommend La Piccola Locanda to anyone that would visit Modica area

Room was very very clean. Bed was big and very comfortable. Small Fridge and climatisation were available in the room. We were welcomed with some fresh lemon drink and sweets. Our hosts had a huge sense of hospitality and we really appreciated this stay after Syracuse visit. Parking was available in the property. Very nice garden. Fabulous breakfast with handmade food and delicious juice.

Friendly host, very clean, excellent breakfast. Parking place inside the yard. Entrance is from the back yard street. It’s a normal house with garden.

I expected older house. The location is not near the center. You should use a car. Parking in the old town is easy and not expensive.

Perfect short stay in Modica

The property is just outside Modica BAssa historic centre. A 5 minute drive gets you there. Private parking is inside a gated courtyard, so it's secure. Room was adequately sized with a comfortable bed and easily warmed up. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom is also adequately sized with good pressure in the shower. The owner is a very nice lady who also offered home made Modica chocolate. Good wifi. A breakfast room was well equipped and things left there for the morning breakfast included juices, ham/cheese/mozzarella/tomatoes, home made cake, a coffee machine and kettle for tea, milk etc. Highly recommended

It's not a complaint, just a note that if you arrive by car you need to go from the back entrance from the road behind to enter the courtyard. Google maps will take you to the front where you cannot get in.

Great hospitality, beautiful garden, private parking. The host and people who work in this place are super nice. I was welcomed with a home made lemonade and sweets, really refreshing after a long road. The breakfast is excellent - home made cakes, cheese, yogurt, fruits. The place to stay in Modica!
