Good choice for a stop over at Chablis

We looked for a place to stay for one night for a stop over at Chablis. The Lyx aux Chablis offers a very friendly welcome, easy accessibility, good parking, clean big rooms and it is just a short walk to the center of the village e.g. to the wonderful restaurant Les Trois Bourgeons. It offers a great value for money ratio.

Comfortable, good value hotel in an important French village. Buy some wine!

I was surprised by the appearance of the room and en-suite loo and shower space which I would describe as 'state of the art'. Clearly there has been a recent refurb and the management has quite rightly invested in the most important element of the hotel for guests - the bedrooms. Well done!

There was nothing I did not like, other than the design quality of the bedrooms now shines a brighter spotlight on the common spaces, but the more people who take advantage of the bedrooms will generate income for the refurb to be completed.

Good location for overnight stay, but low value for money. Very poor wifi

Location, free parking, very friendly staff

Wifi was very poor, didn't work in the rooms, only the lobby. Plumbing in the renovated rooms was not good, bad smells when someone flushed the toilet. Cost of the room was too high for the quality of the rooms.

Dissapointed - expensive one night stay

We did not have breakfasat The bedroom was quite small, but did have a small desk area that was useful. Walkable to centre of Chablis

The bathroom was very small and difficult to use There was a shower over the bath but the shower head had to be held, making it almost impossible to wash easily. There were no toiletries provided Very difficult to move around in

Good value for money. Accomodating reception staff at checkin and easy late night arrival and checkin.

Better selection at breakfast would be great.

Close to center of town, friendly night staff and free parking

The bathroom was very dirty, the blankets were old and frayed. There were dead bugs in the room and more bugs throughout the night in November? The breakfast room is very dark.
