Sehr nettes Hotel in schöner Umgebung

Sehr geräumige und schöne Suite mit Klimanlage. Das einfache Hotel hat sehr viel Charme und liegt sehr schön in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Gutes Frühstück und sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen.

Le cadre et la proximité de l'hôtel par rapport au centre ville. Chambre aménagée avec goût

Rien Les places de parking sont restreintes mais elles ont le mérite d'exister et d'être gratuites. Pas de bouteille d'eau malgré l'information contraire sur le site Booking.com

Wir kommen wieder

Netter angenehmer Empfang. Gemütliches ausklingen an der Bar. Zimmer waren sauber und großzügig. Parkplätze im Hof waren an diesem Tag ausreichend vorhanden.

Excellent and enjoyable stay

Everything worked and was clean, good family room, helpful staff, good food

Quite hard to get to, could use an extractor fan in the bathroom ( but neither of these things detracted in any way from a good stay)

Great service and good value for price in the center of Aix-les-Bains

Well maintained location, offered a family room. Great breakfast selection and very friendly people working at the hotel. Late arrival on short notice was flawlessly organised and they started the car charger automatically in the morning - great service! Hotel itself is in an older building, well maintained with attention to detail. Rooms and furniture are not the most modern, but it absolutely met our expectations.

Disappointing

The hotel is in a side street of the town - I had expected more outside space. . Dark unwelcoming public space, restaurant. Uncarpeted floors in some areas. I had booked for one night and actually did not stay.

Absolutely ok for one night as I spent, but do not recommend for longer unless elderly

We would stay here again if in Aix les Bains.

wonderful warm personnel who were cheery and offering help . An old historic building that keeps its character while being very modern. Large room with very comfortable beds. Dinner in dining room a limited menu, but the Tarteflette hit the spot after a long day biking. Breakfast had everything. Convenient bicycle storage.

All was great. Bathroom in the small side, but it was modern and clean.

nice location, not too far from town centre. lovely traditional hotel with modern rooms and lovely en-suite bathrooms

hotel has free car parking, which is great but it was pretty tight.
