Clean friendly at a good price

Very good location. 15 minutes from the New Town Hall. I like being in a more residential area with local restaurants and seeing how people live in Munich. The room and hotel checked all the boxes

My husband would have preferred being closer to the tourist sites. But not me

Definitely a great budget hotel, I definitely got my money's worth and would come back again.

Breakfast was pretty good, the location was superb, check-in was fast and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was immaculately clean.

Das ich obwohl online inklusive Frühstück stand ich trotzdem 16 Euro dafür zahlen musste! Das bett hatte seine guten tage hinter sich.

I would not stay there again and warn others about staying there in Summer.

It was very clean.

The smell from the drain in the bathroom that permeated the whole room. Also, the room was very hot. It was early May so it would be unbearable in Summer. There was a small portable fan but it wasn’t enough. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Die Lage des Hotels war für mich optimal. Das Hotel scheint neu renoviert zu sein. Es machte auf jeden Fall einen Sehr guten Eindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ich fühlte mich wohl.

Das Bett und die Toilette waren für mich 82jährigen sehr niedrig. Ich hatte große Probleme mit dem Aufstehen. Zumindest einen Getränkeautomat wäre wünschenswert, wenn man abends nach der Tour ins Hotel kommt.

A good, basic hotel close to everything.

Good location, close to transport and walking distance to the old town, English Garden and good shopping areas. A few nice restaurants close by.

There was a lift, but it stopped at half floors in between hotel room floors, so luggage still had to be carried at least two half flights.

Nice hotel, not so far from the center of Munich

The hotel located 0.7mile from the center of Munich. So you can go by foot to all the interesting places. The room was spacious enough for 4 people.

There is an elevator in the property, but anyhow you'll need to use some stairs in order to get to your room, because the elevator stops between the floors. You'll need to find parking in the street, which might be far from the hotel, and it coast 2 euro per 1 hour (payment is needed up to 23:00 and starting from 9:00)

Amazing, memorable and inspiring trip.

It was quite close to centre. Staff was really friendly and helpful. It was basic but comfortable. Had really excellent time. Will stay again in same hotel.

No AC although fans were there.

Everything was great, the breakfast delicious, the staff friendly and nice and it has a perfect location. They don't have AC, but they provided a fan so it was ok, so nice. I recommend this hotel :)

I HAD A NICE AND QUIET ROOM AT THE 5TH FLOOR , OVERLOOKING THE BACVKYARDS OF THE HOUSES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD. tHE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING, THEY EVEN COULD GIVEME A PARKING CARD , AS IT'S NOT EASY TO FIND A PARKING PLACE FOR YOUR CAR IN THAT AEREA...

No frills but value for money

Spotlessly clean Helpful and kind front desk staff Good value for money Good location - quiet neighbourhood in short walking distance to city centre. Free slippers.

The hotel could do with a refresh & soundproofing. Breakfast staff only seemed friendly towards Germans. Very strange rectangular cut out in lower bathroom door meaning that sound from toilet travelled throughout room. No hair conditioner.

Disappointing

Location is great, near the U-Bahn.

The sofa beds for the fourth person were incredibly uncomfortable and on a slant. I had bruises on my hip a couple of days afterwards. Also staff overcharged us on exit taking advantage of the fact that I was paying for both of our rooms and wasn’t sure exactly who had had breakfasts. I trusted them to give me the correct number but they added 2 breakfasts on and will not refund me or check the CCTV - apparently collecting in the breakfast room before leaving the hotel = having breakfast…

Room was clean, spacious, nice neighbourhood. Good lighting.

If u hv heavy luggage its inconvenient bcoz of the steps to reception n lift. Pillows were hard n not very comfortable.
