Wir würden wieder kommen.

Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr ruhige Lage, mit einem netten Café nebenan. In ein paar Minuten ist man in der tollen Umgebung der Heide.

Hyvä levähdyspaikka reissulla.

Rauhallinen siisti paikka, sauna, iso uima-allas. Hyvä ruoka, runsas aamupala. Iso viihtyisä huone. Pihaparkki mp:lle. Luontopolkuja ja kylällä kauppoja. Olimme varanneet yhden yön ja jäimme toiseksi.

Wifi on surkea.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in herrlicher Umgebung

Stilvolles älteres Haus in gutem Zustand, grosses Hallenbad, sehr schöner Ausblick in die Natur. Wanderwege starten gleich am Haus. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Disappointing!

Big Room but very Old Furniture.

1: First of all they gave us another Room not that one that we reserved. Very unprofessional. They give us lower Level Room! another way to take a chance to use the People! i found this very sad and disappointing!!! 2: second: They took the Money by check-in without to see the Room and be in the Accomodation!!! very "suspicious" Behavior!

Restaurant was good.daily dinner or a la carte available

very bad/no wlanreception inroom. No cleaning in the room even after 3nights stay. No daily fresh towels(while outside 30 degrees). No airconditioning in room. No lift available for elderly people. In spite of this full price too high. 600,euros for 3 nights in deluxe double room. P.S. The staff has offered some compenation thru food/drinks

Since room was not the same which i booked, it was not the great stay.

Breakfast and Dinner was good.

Room they offered me was not the room i booked. Room was not in quite as there were many people sitting outside and since there was no room ventilation, i needed to keep the windows open due to summer. so room was noisy, extra bed offered was not comfortable etc.

A former gem that is shady

Surprisingly excellent restaurant, really tasty. Excellent choice including season treats. Very accommodating staff

website gave a good impression but place is worn down in many aspects. Carpet from the hall way into the room was showing the dirt being dragged in over time. Filthy not close to web site or price.

Beautiful location in the Lüneburger Heide, perfect for a get-away.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. We were also very impressed by the spa and swimming pool facilities and it was easy to book a slot for both of these. We would stay here again.

Super friendly Staff at the reception and the restaurant, nice and tatsy breakfast.

The rooms do not have an AC, which makes it hard to sleep during hot periods.

Nice breakfast, buffet style (weird with Covid19), big swimmingpool (had to make a reservation for 1 hour with max 6 people).

The room wasn't the one we've booked. Old furniture (terrible bed and seats), dirty terrace, minibar didn't work, room smelled funny and old. The pictures on their website and on booking were from another (renovated) building (we had the Grosses Landhaus, 2nd floor, room 49). Wi-Fi didn't work in this building, only in the main building in the neighborhood of the reception. Answer on the complaints was: ''I'll write it down, I can't give you another room, every room is taken.'' Weird, the room next to us was empty...

Nice breakfast in buffet style (not common with Covid19). Big swimmingpool, reservation for 1 hour for max 6 people.
