Die Zimmer sind groß und haben eine Küche, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, fast alles. Direkt im Stadtzentrum, in der Nähe der Frau Kirche

Leider gibt es keine kostenlosen Parkplätze und die Küche hat weder eine Mikrowelle noch einen Backofen, sonst könnte man sich eine Pizza backen.

Super zentral, sauber, Preis-Leistung war in unserem Fall in Ordnung.

Top Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig gewesen (sehr gute Fenster). Geräumiges und sauberes Apartment. Küche mit dem allernotwendigsten ausgestattet.

Die Bad Armatur war etwas schwergängig. Tiefgarage ist recht teuer, dafür aber direkt mit dem Lift zum Apartmentstockwerk (war es uns daher Wert).

Супер росташування - фактично на центральній площі, єдино що бажано писати,що це не отель а апарти , які від отелю, якій поряд. Сніданок чудовий і поєднання на оцінку "СУПЕР"

якщо піздній заїзд - є невеличкі незручності....,але вони перекріваються загальною атмосферою і гарним сервісом! Дякуємо за Вашу роботу!))

This Aparthotel is, and has been my preferred, accommodation in Dresden for the last 15 years. I think that says everything. On this occasion however I need to compliment Gabriella at reception for her superb people skills in completely diffusing my irritation at the policy of Drescher in not accepting payment by way of 500 Euro notes.

When I made the booking I informed the hotel I was arriving by bicycle and intended to pay by cash. On arrival I tendered a 500 note and was told it could not be accepted. Gabriella at reception accepted my bona fides and rang her supervisor who clearly and shortly told her to not to accept my note. Given that the hotel has details of passport number, address etc i find this astonishing, if not offensive. It seems to me that if a hotel has a policy of not accepting any notes of legal tender it should clearly say so instead of spruiking the glorious breakfasts it offers. I then had no choice but to get on my bike and ride across town to find a bank that would change the note. I did so and the young man kindly changed all the 500 euro notes into smaller notes. In saying all of this I must reiterate my appreciation and respect for the professionalism and people skills of Gabriella at reception. I can recognise a top level EA when I see one! Management needs to recognise that it’s business is meeting the needs of clients and in this one small mattering failed to do so. Of course on this occasion it may well be the failure of the middle manager from whom Gabriella sought direction.

nice location but not enough inspection and control on the cleanness

The best thing is the location about this property which is literally in the middle of the market and easy to access Secondly it was the receptionist lady in the contact office - kudos goes to her

the cleanness was disastrous in the kitchen a. dirty glasses which we couldn't use them at all b. smell in the kitchen - it seems before we arrived someone has cooked some stuff in the kitchen and because there is no air conditioner, the smell was stuck there which made us really sick during our stay c. leftover cakes and sandwich pieces - they were not even collected and binned

Intensive and exciting stay, already longing to return

The location was perfect with most exciting sights around it. Much fun to taste food at the food market round the corner. Plenty of good eating places for a coffee with a dessert, also a nice dinner.

We could not find and iron in the apartment. It would be useful to find written Instructions in the apartment about the rules of sorting the garbage and where to throw, so that we could leave the apartment clean.

Perfect apartment for visiting Dresden

Very spacious, comfortable, kitchen with everything you need. Quiet and centrally located.

We had a small balcony however the ash tray was full of butts (we are no smokers).

The apartment was huge and the location extremely central!

The only thing that was not perfect was that the mattress of the baby crib was a bit too soft
