L'excellence de la réception, de plus en français, le confort de la chambre, salle de bains, le copieux du petit déjeuner, le calme la proximité du bord de lac, des commences, comme de la station essence.

Bad experience!!! Would not recommend.

Location - close to train station.

The room 101 was horrible … in the basement - view of a tiny court/ cement walls … We booked a room with a city view months ahead for our Italy vacation … and we could not believe what they offered us … We were not booking in the last minute to get their worst, creepy room!!! I strongly believe they should not offer this room at all ( or if they do the guest should know what they get and be Ok with it …. maybe at a discounted price ???). The staff did not care … did not offer any good explanation why would we get such room when we made reservation months ahead. Also - the shower was placed in a corner with no base; the two folding doors did not keep the water from spreading all over the bathroom… this room seems to be set up for hotel workers …

Charming hotel in como!

The property is super clean and safe! It’s a very standard hotel (as someone who lives in North America) so it was nice in that we could keep our luggages there, they had 24/7 reception, a breakfast bar, etc. and it was close to the waterfront! Como is so beautiful and stunning so this was a great location to be based out of.

Nothing! All was spectacular and would stay again!

Good hotel to stay

The room and the bathroom were of a good size. Location is about 10 mins walk from the center We used the paid parking (blue lines) just in front of the hotel

Great place to stay in Como

A nice place to stay, a 10min walk from the center, parking nearby (~12euro/day), good breakfast, a small but comfortable room, and a buffet breakfast. very friendly staff. Park nearby.

Exceptional

Great location, Lake Como is realy close by. Room and bathroom were clean. In the room is aricondition. We pay extra 15 euro per person for breakfast. Breakfast was great, we choose our favorite food.

Decent budget hotel but location is not great.

It was clean. Staff was friendly. There is a grocery store close by.

Hot. No fan. Noisy. Lot;s of street noise if you opened the window, which you need to do because it is HOT. Very bad shower with only warm water and no water pressure.

Disappointing

Good location, very close to the S. Geovanni Train Station, the City Center and the Ferry tickets.

Our bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and when we complained they said they couldn't do anything (apart from mixing it with some perfume) because we had already entered the room. How could we have known that the room smelled of cigar smoke without entering the room?! Apart from that, the room has low thermal and acoustic insulation. During the night the noise from the street was very laudable and the noise from other rooms was very upsetting. Overall, the hotel is outdated regarding finishes, technical installations, decoration, and even the relationship staff-client. I will definitely not recommend and not recommend.

Very good

Great location - close to old town. Nearby market 24/7 , restaurants , shops etc. Very helpful and friendly personnel which compensated some inconveniences with missing room space and equipment. Option to book garage for your car. Room was cleaned every day !

the room we were in was a bit not standard. I assume each room in this hotel has a slightly different style, but this room was quite small - there was no space for bedside tables. The room did not have a standard desk to work on, for example, a laptop - it was rather a kind of shelf, but not large enough. Instead of cabinets, something like metal structures. Style is a matter of taste - but in this case I would rather prefer the classic furnishings of a hotel room. It is a pity that there was not enough space for an ordinary armchair to rest. And the last one - a pillow a bit too hard to sleep on ...
