Enjoyable stay with great views of Lake Como.

Beautiful lake views from room, terrace and restaurant. Parking and shuttle to town. Staff very helpful.

Restaurant food and choices needs improvement. Pizza was marginal, beef was over cooked and lasagna was worse I tasted in Italy. Wi-fi signal was weak.

Superb view makes the property worth a stay

The property has a magnificent view of Bellagio and the surrounding area. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable, and breakfast was very nice.

The property is approximately 3 km from the Bellagio waterfront and ferry terminal, and there is no public transport close to the hotel. However, they do provide a very reliable shuttle service during the day (5 euros per person per trip). We walked down to the waterfront and used the shuttle for the uphill return.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, super Lage!

Die Lage ist unfassbar schön. Wir waren das erste Mal am Lago di Como und von den Aussichten bereits bei der Anfahrt begeistert, die Aussicht von der Hotelterrasse ist einfach sensationell. Das Team ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer klein, aber sehr gepflegt.

Die Matratze in unserem Zimmer (#1) war durchgelegen. Ich habe mich in einer Bewertung noch nie zu diesem Thema geäußert, aber hier ist doch ein gewisser Handlungsbedarf. ☺️

It was so relaxing n scenic hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staffs were very friendly n speaks English.

We had the lake view from our balcony. The restaurant also has Mountain View which is so scenic.

Not walking distance from Bellagio ferry. But hotel offers taxi service €5 per pax from hotel to ferry station.

Todo cambiaría con un buen colchón

La atencion del personal ha sido genial ,nos ofrecieron un proseco a la llegada y la chica y el Sr de la recepción súper atentos y amables . Las vistas espectaculares

El único pero que por eso baja la valoración es la cama y almohadas.la cama muy incómoda te vas al centro y eso hace que dos personas se haga incómodo para dormir

вид из номера потрясающий,на месте ресторан,обслуживание в ресторане,очень вкусный ужин идеально приготовлено мясо, на завтрак есть всё что бы поесть и если есть особые желания шеф повар за символическую цену приготовит.

The View was Stunning, the restaurant was good.

we had Ants in our room, and we were unable to get a Taxi and had to walk 2 miles from the city. Make sure you plan ahead

Beautiful place

We like the view and service was helpful and really nice. Breakfast was good. Aperol spritz was also good. The hotel was clean and pretty.

The price was high but it's worth it.

Very good

We had a room which had a mountain view and it was super nice to have a big terrace to enjoy the sound of the water falling down. It was a great experience to have breakfast in the morning with a gorgeous view from the top of the Bellagio. The location of the hotel is unbeatable.

The room was a bit small and the furniture was so basic.

There is an outstanding view from the balcony at bellagio in como lake

There is no elevator to the floors, the refrigerator in the room is tiny, it fits Mabel to a car,the breakfast is poor ,croasons butter, and jam ,if you want an omelet you have to pay extra ,I told the hostess, that I'm diabetic, so at the second day ,they gave as a good breakfast out of charge

We loved everything. The view is gorgeous, i think it is the best you can get in Bellagio. Good food, nice wine, a wonderful italian breakfast, the services cannot be rated with less than 5 stars. A van was sent to pick us up for a reasonable tax. The driver made us a tour of the area. We really felt having a VIP experiece. Having the best of Bellagio only for us compensated the fact that almost everything was closed. Many thanks to our hosts.

Gorgeous views of Lake Como!

The hotel is outside of town, high up on the mountain with the most incredible views of Lake Como. There is a lovely large patio in the front perfect for enjoying the views while having a drink (or dinner). Great service and food. Lots of trails to hike. We didn't rent a bike but they are available. Loved this place.

Beautiful view, wonderful staff. The view is unparalleled. We got an upgraded room upon arrival. Loved talking to the owner. Good shuttle service. Love the story of the hotel and that its family owned. Loved breakfast. Loved Nando's and Dolce Vita, the food recommendations in town. Was so so so sad to leave and will be back to stay for a good week, hopefully. 10/10 experience. Thank you Carlo!

Spectacular view, friendly hostes and kitchen guy,clean,modern facilities, old style but comfortable and decent 👌 did really enjoy everything,they gave us different better room with view as I requested for my husband aniversary. VERY nice terrace,bar,restaurant with amazing views and tasty,resh breakfast ! Free parking with CCTV. Kettle and coffee in the room,reusable flip-flops,clean bed linen, Wi-Fi....

There's nothing to complain about 🤷‍♀️ A bit noisy from different rooms ,but nothing to do with business,just people aren't enough educated 🙄
