Sehr schöne Lage, Sauberkeit, Zimmer, Frühstück

Klimaanlage wurde über Nacht bis 13 Uhr ausgeschaltet, Pool war zu kalt

Piacevole scoperta sulle rive del lago

Camera relativamente piccola (singola) ma confortevole e con tutto il necessario. Bellissima area piscina con prato Nardo e a sdraio a disposizione. Posizione in riva al lago vicinissimo al porticciolo a 7 min dal vecchio borgo. Tutta l’area è molto curata e con molto verde. Rapporto qualità prezzo dei migliori

Volendo trovare un aspetto (comunque NON negativo), direi che la colazione è buona e abbondante, ma migliorabile.

Location perfect and room was very nice on top floor so with great views over the lake.

Excellent value in a beautiful town. Well run old school hotel.

Excellent for our group of walking pilgrims. Pool was great as was breakfast.

Perfect for a one night lakeside stopover

Great location on the lake, with a swimming pool. Unfortunately a downpour stopped me from enjoying that - but no fault of the hotel. Bars and restaurants nearby, very comfortable room

No restaurant onsite, but they provided a shuttle to a nearby restaurant (I didn’t try this) Room had not been cleaned on arrival, reception lady was horrified and apologetic and immediately provided a key to an alternative room

Amazing beachside hotel at a great price

This is an AMAZING hotel in an amazing city. The staff was wonderful and helpful. My room was very large and my bed was very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Very good

location was excellent, staff friendly. the breakfast options were also great and onsite parking appreciated. Our room was small travelling with 2 large suitcases however our terrace was massive and great views over the lake and behind to the old centre. We would stay here again.

Stunning Terrace & Location

We had the room with a massive terrace, even though it rained a little, we were still able to use the terrace as it was partially covered. Great location with a lovely lake view! We had an amazing stay and the terrace was worth the extra money! Staff were super friendly & helpful.

Room was a bit dated, but impact our stay in any way. Shower & bathroom a bit small, but typical of some hotel bathrooms.

Avoid this hotel if you want to have 24 hour air conditioning or decide yourself whether you need it

The location was stunning

The air conditioning situation was appalling It was over 30 in the day and obviously very warm in the room The air conditioning timings are controlled by the hotel It comes on at 3pm and is turned off at 3am The heat in the room was not acceptable and made it impossible to stay in the room until after 3pm

The hosts are nice. The breakfast is really good. The location is amazing. The room is also good.

The hotel is relatively expensive for what it offers in return

3 enjoyable nights in a delightful location

location was perfect for both the waterside activities and the picturesque old town. The swimming pool area was attractive and the hotel was spotlessly clean the reception staff spoke good English and all the staff we met were friendly the internal style of the hotel was very traditional which should not put you off as the hotel was well maintained and very clean.

nothing really that would put me off from staying again. Breakfast would become repetitive after a few days but that was it.

Highly recommend hotel in great location with pool and lake view

Superb location with lake view. Excellent breakfast. Good swimming pool with towels provided. Friendly staff. Free onsite parking. Easy access to beautiful town centre with bars & restaurants. Early checkin.

Fine but would’ve expected more

The room was nice and warm. The bed was comfy and the staff was friendly.

The bathroom was also fine but seemed a little old and it was a bit tricky to get into the shower which was directly next to the bidet. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast: they had a large buffet with bread and sweets which was fine, just the taste of the eggs with bacon seemed a little “off” for me… I would’ve expected a bit more in this regard from a 4* hotel.

the breakfast was very good and the location was great. staff was helpful.

the WiFi didn’t reach our room and the air conditioning was very noisy. the beds weren’t particularly comfortable.

Superb

I love Bolsena. The location, vista from the window, atmosphere, decoration of the hotel are just perfect. The breakfast was "namissimo".

The shower was a bit broken. Only the rain shower worked. A bit tricky before the water varms up 😁.
