No merece la pena pagar un precio de hotel de 4 estrellas para ese hotel.

La habitación era muy grande y espaciosa con un balcón, y la cama era muy grande y cómoda.

Fuimos al spa y la mitad de las duchas del circuito no funcionaban, transmitimos nuestra queja a los trabajadores y no fueron muy resolutivos; al final nos ofrecieron una bebida gratis en el bar, pero en resumen no eran muy agradables.

La cama cómoda El buffet muy rico y variado.

No parecía de 4 *, estuve al día siguiente en uno de 3* y vaya diferencia. La nevera totalmente inservible ya que su enchufe se desconecta al quitar la tarjeta. El hotel está en una cuesta No tiene aparcamiento ni hay aparcamiento en esa calle

La decoración interior y como lo han reformado para hacer el hotel.

Algunos muebles quizás ya eran antiguos, pero eso también le daba su encanto.

La ubicación estaba centrico

No estaba insonorizado y había fiesta en las habitaciones de arriba y hasta las 12 de la noche no pudimos dormir y el buffet muy malo

Limpieza y Habitaciones bastante cuestionables para un hotel de 4 estrellas

El personal de recepción que nos atendió y la muchacha de limpieza que nos ayudaron a intentar solucionar los problemas que tuvimos( Miguel,Alba y Rosario) fueron muy correctos en todo momento

Habitaciones muy sucias y nada fieles a las fotos que hay en la pagina,(la primera habitación era muy pequeña, de color verde, con muy poca luz y comunicaba con la habitación de alado a traves de dos puertas con un pestillo)habia sabanas rotas y con pelos, paredes manchadas, tuvimos que pasar hasta por 4 habitaciones hasta poder instalarnos en una que estuviese algo mas decente aunque seguía estando con suciedad, el conducto de ventilación lleno de polvo para la gente con alergia como yo no ayuda a pasar una buena estancia ya que al encender el aire el polvo invade la habitación, las sillas extrañamente manchadas, polvo y mucha suciedad debajo de la cama. Otro aspecto por el que podemos poner pegas es que los servicios que ofrece también se alejan de la realidad, no hay artículos de aseo de cortesía, pone estar insonorizado pero se escucha todo, desde la tele de la habitación de al lado hasta la mas mínima conversación que haya en alguna habitación colindante ,como he dicho anteriormente no es hipoalergénico ya que hay mucho polvo. No creo que una estancia en un hotel de 4 estrellas deba dejar esta sensación de dejadez y estar tan lejos la realidad de lo que hay en la página web, imagino que solo pondrán fotos de habitaciones superiores pero yo reserve precisamente por esas imágenes, si desde primera hora me enseñan a las habitaciones que nos mandaron no hubiera reservado nunca en este hotel.

GRANADA ESPECTACULAR EL HOTEL PARA UN 4 ESTRELLAS REGULAR Y PARA NO IR EN COCHE PARTICULAR

La habitación no está mal si vas solo a dormir, pero esperaba algo mejor para un 4 estrellas.

Situación, imposible o casi imposible entrar con el coche particular, tienes que dar un grandisimo rodeo para poder entrar con el coche particular, ofrecen parking pero es imposible porque si coges el exterior es superpequeño y si coges uno subterraneo tiene que ir alguien contigo porque es un montacargas y superpequeño tambien con lo cual tienes que dejar el coche en un parking exterior ajeno al hotel y normalmente los que hay libres (si encuentras) están bastante alejados. La habitación sin terraza, no es por nada es que no te preguntan si fumas o no fumas para ofrecerte algo con terraza, ahora bien, te indican claramente en un cartel que si fumas en la habitación tienes multa de 250€ (no se si esto es legal o no, pero bueno...), lo dicho no pregunta si fumas o no. Hotel algo descuidado para un 4 estrellas, focos rotos o descolgados, en fin para solo dormir está mas no menos bien. No tienen máquina expendedora de bebidas por si quieres una botella de agua y no tiene servicio de bar por si necesitas algo, tan solo servicio de desayuno.

Le daría a la habitación un 8 de 10

Me gustó mucho el trato de los empleados con los clientes, fueron muy atentos, y la cama muy cómoda también, la habitación era bastante amplia y bien distribuida y bastante amplia también la terraza que tenía la habitación, teníamos minibar cosa que es de agradecer, y era un espacio sin humo

No me gustó que para sacar o meter el coche del parking cada vez que salíamos o entrabamos tuviéramos que ir a recepción a avisar, aunque el trato siempre fué excelente, tampoco me gustó que de noche el aire acondicionado solo funcionará en caliente y eso que hacia bastante calor en la habitación para ser febrero, también nos faltó gel y champú que en otros hoteles si teníamos por ejemplo

Ran down and tacky.

The staff i interacted with were nice. Coffee machines were nice.

You name it. The hotel is a hike to any of the main attractions. It’s ran down and tacky. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything your neighbors are doing and saying. The only bathroom amenities was hand soap, and shower gel. The bed is old and saggy our sheets had holes in them.

Fab hotel, we always stay here

We always come here, great pool and sunbathing, rooms are good, staff lovely…very good value for money, we will always come back

Rooms could poss be upgraded, pool could benefit from a pool guy for drinks and snacks…but these are just upgrades to like a 3-4 star. Brilliant anyway

I would not recomand this hotel at all,says 4 stars but for me was max 2.5 stars!

Stuff was nice and the pool

The room didnt looked like in the photos at all,very ugly room.Bathroom dirty we had to was the toilet to be able to use it!!!!! Bed was making a horrible sound,was broken, we could smell cigarettes from others through the ac…we could barelly sleep

It was a great experience, especially for the price at short notice.

Pool was great, temp of room was easy to maintain.

Great place to explore Granada

Great amenities and a comfortable room, a good spot for exploring Granada. Having a fridge was great for cold drinks on the balcony during sunset.

There was a shortage of charging points, but we got by.

I had a very nice stay. The room was confortable and the view was fantastic. Nice swimming pool. The hotel also offers the possibility to acess the SPA.

staff was great, easy to walk to city center, taxis were easy to get if you needed one, pool was great in the heat!

wish there was some kind of quiet hour as the people above me partied all night and woke me up because they were on the balcony above me, also could hear that one of them was throwing up.

I would rate 3 star not 4 star because not enough facilities provided in the room.

nice big comfortable bed. bid room and accessible to the balcony. bathroom nice clean and big but there’s no handle to hold to get out of the bath maybe problem for older people. we are lucky we got parking in front of the hotel when we arrived. location is good distance to the nearest attractions. it’s beautiful hotel.

breakfast is awful or maybe ok for Spanish standards. no kettle and bottle water provided in the room. The AC is not strong enough

Good for a couple of nights and just sleeping there.

No parking available in the propoerty nor nearby. Had to park at about a 15 minute walk.

It is without a doubt, the most uncomfortable bed and pillow I have ever experienced. The hotel was also very noisy, both in the evening and at night, and early in the morning as the marble floors seem to amplify every single sound from other guests. The bathroom fittings and fixtures were past their best and one of the electric sockets in the room completely detached from the wall. The tv remote had no batteries. The breakfast might have had a better selection of fresh fruit and it might have been an idea to keep yoghurt and milk in a more chilled environment. A better selection of cereals would also contribute to a better breakfast.
