Beautiful location with good facilities - although not all open during our very short stay.

Great location. Nicely designed resort with lots of facilities

Restaurant wasn’t open on the evening of arrival (although there was pre-prepared food that could be purchased and warmed up in the apartment). Swimming pool didn’t open until 11am. Very squeaky bed!

The view is wonderful and the location in general is nice

Maintenance has to be urgently started (room, spa, pool, paddle court, etc. Staff attitude very questionable, little customer orientation (not everything can be sufficiently checked via the web page), from time to time greeting and a smile would help, no manager oder other leadership person visible....

WIFI is good. Location with views is excellent. Extra services are avilable just from the hotel area and easy to organize for the tourist.

Not worth of this much money. Spa area is with extra costs that is not mentioned while booking. Hotel with its camping area is big complex but getting by walk to the camping dinner area is complicated. While estung in camping area, be careful what you are actually ordering and get confirmation, otherwise you may get surprise while paying, as we did.

Great location to go with family in winter or summer season

The inner swiming pool was great. The views were astonishing. Lots of nature lovers hosted in the hotel. This is not just a regular hotel, it's a whole holiday complex that includes different facilities from normal hotel rooms to apparts, spa, 2 swimming pols and lots of recreational areas for kids and families.

No bar or restaurant service at facilities. Concept of breakfast was a free vending machine. The Hotel is located in the middle of the mountains with nowhere nearby to go so it really laked basic restoration services. We had some “Cook-It-Yourself” meals that were still available and had to warm them in the microvave at the appart. This is all due probably to the end of the winter season.

the dinner was unfortunately not as good as we would have liked it to be for the price. the dishes were partly really small and we’d get served different things then what we ordered from the menu sometimes.

Relaxing and comfortable

The apartment was really comfortable and friendly and had everything we needed. Good beds and a nice shower and windows with views in different directions. Helpful personnel.

From the website I had the impression there would be food options at the resort, but when we came at 21.30 in December. everything was dark and there was no restaurant/ bar. We drove into Bellver (6km) and bought take-away pizzas and that was fine.

good customer service after an initial disappointment with bungalow

Having not liked the bungalow / campsite at all, we requested to move to the hotel. The staff were excellent and found us a room in the aparthotel over the road which is part of the hotel. they were really responsive to messages and helpful. Customer service was excellent. The hotel pool was lovely, the room was big and little kitchen was just fine for what we needed. Our kids enjoyed the playroom and the outdoor play area with beautiful views.

We were originally booked in to a bungalow on the campsite. It is not clear that in addition to the reception, all of the facilities are 1.5 km away, and not really walkable. The bungalow itself was fine but the “campsite” was strange - it had a permanent caravan site that you had to drive / walk through to get to the bungalows / the river play area etc. The bungalow also didn’t have hot water on the first night and as we were so far from reception there was no way to contact them. There was also an unsafe gap in the fencing between our bungalow and a hill, which just wasn’t appropriate for our 1 year old.

Very good

Great resort with stunning views over the mountains. Lots of space around the resort so didn't feel too crowded despite being busy. Rooms are comfortable and airy and have some great views of the region too.

- Clean - Climatized pool at the hotel

- You need to pay extra for everything (towels in the pool, spa, farm, and other activities) - We didn't like the fact that things were in different locations and you need the car to go to the farm, the camping, supermarket, etc. - Restaurant service at the hotel was not great - Under bed sheet was full of wholes - Schedule at the kids "mini-club" was very restrictive - It didn't meet our expectations overall

Good place to stay

Nice location. Kids loved the pool and the playroom. Private kitchen in the room. Comfy beds. Everything was nice and clean. Great views from the room.

The place was actually not so ecofriendly at all. The materials of floors and furniture in the room were all unnatural (not wood) and everything felt like plastic. The soap/showergel was obviously not eco/natural although an "ecofriendly" sticker had been put on the soapdoser (and also everywhere else in the room and building). Luckily we had brought our own soap to use. The room was cold and we asked to turn on the heating but they didn't really want to do it, saying that it's warm enough. Although they turned it on anyway, for a few hours.

Quite uncomfortable but clean at least

It was in a nice little village.

The beds were pretty old, sagging in the middle and uncomfortable. The sofa was on the verge of collapsing and was also uncomfortable. The restaurant was closed so there was no onsite dinner available, despite it being the ski season, and there were no restaurants in the village. The spa was also closed during the week.

I didn't like that the bungalow were together with caravans, it looked like a wispy village. I didn't like the size of the bungalow, specially the toilette, more than compact. I didn't like that there were no lighter to turn the gas on I was expecting much more for that price to be honest

Exceptional

Exceptional facilities in an excellent location for all kind of routes. The staff is tremendously friendly and helpful. Food is amazing and they take allergies very seriously. Much recommended for gluten intolerants like my wife. I also encourage vigorously to try the massages offered.
