Superbe séjour trop court.

Nous avons été reçu avec le sourire, un accueil très agréable, le personnel aux petits soins et en prime, suite à une double réservation, nous avons été logés pour le même tarif dans un autre hôtel luxe. Le restaurant est à découvrir.

good room, no English speaking staff

spacious room very clean

the hotel staff did not speak English nor German and refused to even try being helpful wrong description: the hotel is practically unreachable by car (time limit and very very narrow streets)- you have to park below the old town and walk up with your luggage

Great hotel, brilliant location

The location is brilliant, we loved the traditional feeling to the hotel, breakfast was very nice...

Parking our touring motorcycles was not great, Our friends room was not up to par unfortunately they only had 1 towel in the room and it was a bit small, our room was vast and well turned out so it caused a little tension in the group... The hotel restaurant is nice but the eating offal is not our thing ie Tripe, Pigs trotters etc

Little cozy hotel with stylish rooms. Excellent dinner, centrally located, solid wifi, friendly staff

Served breakfast, but the quality was good. Compared with other hotels where we stayed in Spain this one is somewhat more expensive for what you get.

The terrace on the roof was a bonus and the three windows of our room were lively.

Poor wardrobe with mis matched hangers and complete lack of drawers. Male receptionist extremely slow with constant interruptions in our registration.

Nice place to stay to see Olite and its impressive Palace.

There was garage parking for our motorbikes. The restaurant downstairs was good. The location was only 200m from the centre of the old town.

very enjoyable in a fabulous town.

The whole place was very good indeed. It is in a very old building and has been converted well, the decor is traditional and it looks antique, the room had a view and the top floor terrace view was lovely. A really good breakfast for the price, I think the best we have had in a Spanish hotel over many years.

The restaurant was closed for a holiday.

The guys were great, friendly etc but in the winter heating is a basic requirement

rustic, clean & lovely outlook

the room was cold when we arrived but got better later that evening. However there was no heating on the next morning and it was 2 degrees centigrade.

THE HOTEL IS SO CHARMING AND THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY, MADE US FEEL AT HOME. WE WILL RETURN ONE DAY!

THE BED WAS TOO LOW. WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE IF IT WAS A BIT HIGHER. ALSO, THE MATTRESS WAS TOO SOFT - PERHAPS NEEDS REPLACING? BUT ALL IN ALL, VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

Another enjoyable stay in beautiful historic surroundings.

This was our second stay at this lovely little hotel, close to the castle at Olite. The hotel is beautifully decorated with charming bedrooms. I would say that the bathroom we had this time was hilariously small but attractively finished. The restaurant is excellent and offers wines from Olite.

Unfortunately, was something banging outside our window all through the night which was annoying. I should have mentioned it at Reception really and this is the only reason I marked it down from 10.

Old world gem - definitely recommend!

Perfect location in the walled city tucked away from the castle crowds. Fabulous foodie restaurant - a real surprise and treat.

Would help to have more separation between the foodie restaurant and the bar (maybe a different entry point). Patrons with drinks kept traipsing back and forth through our tiny dining space to bring drinks outside, a bit disruptive for the dining experience.
