Apto celíacos, amabilidad y detalles

Detallistas, amables, y lo principal para mi y lo que sin duda nos hará volver: desayunos sin gluten con bastantes opciones.

Creo que el precio de la habitación económica (ático) es bastante alto teniendo en cuenta que sin aire acondicionado se acumula muchísimo calor. Aunque nos avisaron y ofrecieron cambio, no lo hicimos y no me parece una buena relación calidad/precio la de ese tipo concreto de habitación.

El baño un poco destrozado, daba la sensación de estar viejo. El spa es de pago, 20€ por persona, muy caro para lo que es.

La ubicación: al lado de la playa, el puerto y buenos restaurantes cerca.

El spa es normal, el agua no estaba muy caliente.

Exceptional

Great location only had one night .not far to Santander to catch the ferry.parked and locked the bike outside where I could see it .also great Seaview.

Nothing.possibly they could give you a little discount for the spa if you are staying there

Great hideaway hotel

Very clean, ALL staff warm and super people, very accomodating, food great, step out to beach tidal channel or straighton waves, Suances 5" car, good parking in a field with neighboring donkeys, bringing family back for sure!

Perfect seaside location

An enormous comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great variety of food for breakfast and the location was perfect for the town and local sights and restaurants and bars

An excellent choice of hotel. We would certainly return .

It was comfortable, clean and in a lovely location , at the beach ,overlooking the headland The dining room was delightful . All the members of hotel staff - reception, bar , cleaning , catering - were cheerful , welcoming and helpful.

The rather grim facade which belied the homely interior.

The mattress was very soft and in a very bad condition. My partner and I could not sleep at all👎 The bathroom needs a refresh, the doors do not close well, the TV was not synchronised...

Lovely place for a romantic weekend or surf trip

The hotel, spa, restaurante and staff are great. The location is lovely for a romantic weekend or for a surf trip. The area around the hotel is really nice.

The only gripe I have is that the breakfast starts late at 8:30. So if you want to have breakfast and go and do anything you aren't out of the hotel much before 9 - 9:30

Breakfast selection was a bit poor, and the service system was too convoluted and not practical. The room was ok but there was not enough storage space in the room.

A hotel run like a prison

Not much

We booked a double bed and were given two singles. No discount given. Poor. They run the breakfast service like a prison canteen. You are given a specific time to eat breakfast, you then have to walk through a cattle grid before they serve you. There wasn’t anyone waiting so I skipped running the gauntlet and was met by a tirade of shouting by a member of staff. Who wouldn’t serve me (you can’t serve yourself) until I walked through the cattle grid although nobody was waiting. Absolute bizarre approach to hospitality. Avoid this place. There are many good hotels along this stretch of coastline and this isn’t one of them.

Great Location next to beaches and restaurants

Comfy beds, location excellent - across road from small beach. Bigger beach less than 5 min walk along front. Loads of bars and restaurants within 5 min walk. Free bike hire too.

Breakfast was Ok, but not fantastic. Coffee from a machine. I guess this is all COVID related.
