Close to highway, cigarette smell and mold in the room

Good location next to the highway, we only spend 7 hours at this hotel to sleep as it was just for overnight when traveling through France.

The room stank with cigarette and there was mold in the bathroom.

la navette est ponctuelle tant à l'arrivée que lors de notre départ de l'hôtel

Trop de luminosité dans la chambre surtout si on veut profiter de la matinée. Il faut penser à la qualité des rideaux

Personnel très agréable très pro très disponible. Services navette et gardiennage voiture très appréciés. Navette à l'heure. Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Literie très bien. Je recommande si vous devez prendre un avion à Orly.

It was good and safe. Hotel located next 2 restaurants were you can eat and even have your food out

Shuttle service was just perfect. We have got two sets of towels for three people. Houskeepers bothered us with loud voices at the morning and rotary cleaning machine had to be hooked up in our room's socket.

Très adapté à notre besoin: une nuit avant vol le lendemain matin, Orly

Accueil sympathique ; tout était prêt, enregistrement et remise des clés rapide. Chambre répondant à nos attentes, propre, bien dimensionnée (avec lit parapluie pour notre bébé), grande salle de bain. Navette gratuite pour Orly, très appréciée.

Bonjour équipe booking, J'ai demander un remboursement à l'accueil de l'hôtel car j'ai trouvé des punaises de lit la fenêtre ne se ferme pas ! Des araignées dans la douche, deux Fois des gens inconnu rentre dans la chambre à 02:30 et à 04:00 alor que j'ai déjà signalé ça a l'accueil et il mon dit on va vous rembourser, Jusqu'à maintenant j'ai pas eu mon remboursement, je suis repartie pour voir avec un responsable et la il m'a dit que ce n'est pas l'hôtel qui se charge des remboursements il faut voir avec booking!! DU coup j'aimerais bien avoir un remboursement. Merci Cordialement

Exellent

Le personnel d’entretien ont été très accueillante . La chambre était très propre donc je tiens à les féliciter pour leur travail. J’ai pu également découvrir le restaurant qui était exellent. Si je dois séjourner de nouveau à rungis j’y retournerai volontiers.

Good value for the price for a quick stop over

Friendly staff and room & bed were OK. Free parking on site. Fast charging for electrical vehicle present on site. We didn't use the breakfast option.

The hotel might start to be a little outdated and some details could use some attention to be refreshed. (shower head not fixed any more, some loose elements at the ceiling)

the breakfast was reasonable, there weren't many options, but it was tasty, the room didn't have a hairdryer or a bathtub pin, only the use of the shower was available, the service was good, they speak English, and there are bus next to the hotel which makes it easy to get to the center of Paris

Horrible experience

Decent room

I have been in 100+ hotels and this hotel had the worst customer service i ever experienced. Even the manager was horrible at his job. I had pre booked airport shuttle 22:45 and it never came. I called the hotel and they told me that it left 22:31. The customer service hanged up on me even i was completely polite. Next morning i talked to manager who was rolling his eyes and telling me that its 22:45 because it arrives 22:45 in hotel. . Well thats not what reads in their booking.com page and messages. Did not offer any kind of apologize or compensation I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. Book something else
