Затишний номер, чиста постіль та рушники, в номері прибрано

Була зламана ручка та замок у ванну кімнату, не зачинялась. Дуже погана шумоізоляція, всю ніч дуже шумно було в сусідньому номері, спати неможливо, якщо вам попадеться неспокійний сусід

Ми тут зупиняємось у відрядженнях, для ночівлі все нормально, чудово, що є парковка на території закладу

Had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Said on site check-in after 14:00, we had to wait a half hour at 17:00.

Nice experience

It was relatively close to the metro and the receptionist lady was extremely helpful. Perfect price-value ratio, ideal for a few days.

The walls very really thin therefore a bit noisy.

Friendly and helpful Staff.

The girls working at reception were friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had. This would be the reason for me returning here to stay again. The hotel diner also had friendly and cheerful staff which made me go to eat there every day.

I travel to Kiev every year, and I have found a home here.

I particularly enjoyed the friendly staff, who became like a family to me. This was my second stay at Sotni, and both stays were exceptional. The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable, in a quiet, mostly residential area not far from the Metro and a local shopping area that includes small merchant shops as well as large supermarkets and a shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers.

The menu could have been better, but after all I am used to western fare.

It has no chandeliers, but there were sconces

Polite staff, reasonable price, cleaness, ability to eat at the guest house (mini - restaurant)

Sometimes it was possible to hear neighbors, also had spent approx 3-5 min with open shower to get water hotter
