very poor, possibly ok for 2-3 students, not good for an executive

not a lot, it was a bed for the nights

very poor kitchen, only a couple of very old pots and pans, no dishwasher, very little crockery. I like to cook when I am away. I managed one meal and eat out the other days. Had a cheek to request £150 deposit before handing over the keys for possible loss, damage, and breakage. the whole contents of the house was probably less than that! in all it was a necessity as I had to stay somewhere and only booked at 7pm on the day.

Lack of complimentary tea and coffee ect some how to get in and out of the apartment I didn't like how they came across with the rules over deposits felt a little heavy handed

Wouldn't stay again and wouldnt recommend.

Big cobwebs above and behind doors. Blinds dirty when pulled down. Outside entrance like a giant ashtray of fag ends....dozens if not hundreds of them. Outer door and keysafe not numbered so had to guess when matching key to locks. One night the key entry to alley didn't work.....another 3 nights the same door was swinging open. Expected better for nearly £100 a night.

The location was good and the property was warm and pleasant. There is a car park opposite and off street parking after 6pm. The manager was helpful each time we had a query.

The entrance to the property could do with a clean as it was very dirty and gives the wrong impression of property as it is a lot more pleasant inside. However, the property could do with a deep clean.

Good for crash out after the pub.

Modern clean flooring. Quiet. Double bedroom was peaceful and bed good. TVs in both rooms a nice idea.

Hard to find...there is another property at the other end of the road with the same no. Luckily the owner was v responsive by phone so we got verbal directions. Felt like a grotty night out overnighter. Combination locked door from street had been kicked down. Carpet leading to flat was revoltingly dirty..nasty. door of flat had a piece of paper with the number written on. No handsoap whatsoever. Biggest issue ..inside, the second bedroom was ridiculously small.. only just fit a v narrow single bed. And stank of stale cigarettes. My daughter has autism and sensitive to smells and we just couldn't stay, so left after 1 of 3 paid nights. I complained to owner, who didn't offer refund. Kitchen equipments dirty...tray in oven dirty, and two small trays in cupboard were caked with oil. Cutlery not properly clean. kitchen drainer dirty.

2 tiny rooms not bedrooms , rooms , for £450 yet stayed there the week before for 5 nights 2 bedroom washing machine kitchenette for £562

Disappointing

Location was good

Wifi was poor. No sofa in the lounge/dinning area as described. Kitchen utensils were dirty. One towel per person for 8 days. No hand towels or bins in the bathrooms. No broom to sweep. No bottle opener or kitchen scissors. Disorganised and unfriendly host/agent. Requested a deposit by bank transfer at midnight before our arrival, whilst we were flying to the UK but no banking details supplied. No check in details were supplied until deposit paid. As we traveled international and had no banking access at such short notice we had to get a friend to pay the deposit. Sent several requests for an early check in and no response received until the day of check in when the request was declined. Disapponting and poor communication.

The property was very very basic and the mould was awful and we have struggled getting the smell out of your clothes my partner has been I’ll ever since with a cough and headache

Avoid like the plague.arrived for and healthy, left very poorly.

Everything was a disaster. The phone the hosts about not being happy with the place. She went mental and started screaming down the phone(obviously has we booked for 4 nights, but had to leave after 2 days due to the state of the place and my asthma. The cheek of it was, the maintenance man was watching from next door. , seen us put the key back in the lock box and walk off. Then he accused us of pinching the key( it couldn’t turn into more of a horrid nitemare)to top it all off, we was. walking towards the white gate to get the hell out the place and a rat ran out from all the piled up rubbish.These hosts are nasty people. What should have been a nice relaxing break, turned into something you wouldn’t wish on your enemy.

Pleasant

There was nothing to like. Facilities were basic and functional.

Misleading information regarding identification requirements. ("Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in". Unattended check-in made this difficult.) Awkward furniture layout, in that the sofa was not positioned suitable for TV viewing. Fault with TV preventing watching ITV Hub. No parking facilities were available, resulting in additional costs being incurred.

A challenging stay with small saucepans and the bear minimum of crockery and cutlery

There are some places to eat nearby. There was a Tesco Express nearby and it was a 10 minute walk to the town center.

The internet connection was slow so neither TV, there were two, worked well. The iron did not work and the owners did not respond to my message asking them to fix it.
