I went to see family in the area, great location for what we needed. we got to site after 6 and everywhere on site was c

It was clean and tidy

We went in November and it was cold, heating wasn’t on and took a long time to warm up

great value for money

very nice and tidy, already had coffee, tea, sugar, toilet roll, very presentable, table laid, games for kids, extra pillows and blankets. we broke down and were able to contact owner who was very helpful and let us book another two nights. would definitely stay in her caravan again

Wouldn’t recommend

The only upside to this caravan was the location.

Dirty, smelly and full of damp and mould. In my opinion the van needs to be scrapped! The only upside was the owner send the cleaner back to rectify things that where missed Within his ability unfortunately though spraying the van copious amounts with air freshener didn’t get rid of the smell of urine in the kids rooms.

The caravan park was nice

Caravan wasn't very clean. Not much information was given and the one information sticker in the caravan was all ripped ao couldn't read it. Hoover was broken so couldn't hoover. It was nice caravan but could do with a deep clean

Very enjoyable and pleasant

Caravan was clean,comfy and great value for money. Little tlc perhaps inside and out didn’t have a sauna as description stated. Location nice and quiet but also close to entertainment venue.

We were happy with the property, could do with at least two keys, especially with families with older responsible teenagers that like to go off and do there own thing.

Caravan wasn't clean, floors were dirty and unhoovered, rubbish lying around including a chocolate brownie on the TV, electric and water went for quite a while before sorted so couldn't use it do anything, was not told there would be nothing, not even Toilet roll so had to go drive around skegness to find some, and someone else was trying to come into the caravan as we were trying to leave! Not worth the price i paid for the night.

Caravan looked after and clean. Lovely presentation on arrival. Would highly recommend this Caravan for a holiday in skegness. Lovely location too

Lovely comfy stay...Great position to facilities.

Very comfy seating area aswell as the beds with TV and dvds. Great position on the site to walk to the Show bar...Nice site 7 mins drive from Skeggy. Very quiet. Contacted the owner for late check out who was very accomadating for my elderly Mum..very kind. Tea bags/ coffee cleaning products ..nice touch. Lovely stay!.

If being really picky...maybe a fold up patio table and chairs to take to sit outside would be nice as no veranda.( cheap set be ideal) As it has a nice green to sit out on...just need to keep on top of those weeds. No lamps in bedroom for reading.

Lovely caravan stay

Caravan was lovely. Had everything you needed. Has 3 bedrooms. One double bed and 4 singles. Has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also another separate toilet next door so that was an added bonus. Location was good, not far away from main town of Skegness. It is walkable if you like a good walk or it's a 5 to 8 minute car journey.

The caravan overall was mostly clean. Only a few bits we noticed like the carpet needed a better hoover round. There was no hot water when we got there, but when we messaged Chloe about it she sent someone to fix it promptly. We only stayed one night so we managed without it anyway. So not really negatives.

Good value and the ability for self catering suited our needs for the night.

Location was good for the seafront, only 10 minutes by car. Table nicely laid. We'll stocked cupboards for kitchen utensils, tea, coffee and sugar.

Cleanliness in the bathrooms could have been better.

it’s location

it was an old van but it was okay . could have done a deep clean but was okay for what we paid . the outside of the van area is a bit shabby and needs a tidy up - litter etc. the chairs of the table/chairs had wobbly legs so unable to use.

It's was great inside just needs some jobs being done.

It was clean and near enough the same as the pictures. They did message back quite quickly.it was quite before 10pm.was ok for one night pitty it was noisy on the outside.

The bed was uncomfortable thats just my opinion and the shower was broken had to hold it while washing. There was a few things that needing fixing. people walking past all night I couldn't get to sleep till 1ish then got woken up at 5am someone talking outside I thought there was quite hours for a reason.then had to be out for 10am i think it was alot of money of money for one night £81 I should have cancelled really but would have lost the money.

Was a pleasant stay but wouldn’t recommend to stay with children

Getting in contact with the owner was really simple and received a reply straight away, I was given a later checkout subject to availability as we checked in quite late, has two toilets which is good when going with a large number of people

The location as the caravan was hidden, the bathroom was very clean however the bedrooms weren’t as clean as i woke up with a rash all over my legs, also the neighbour caravans we’re extremely rude and punched the caravan several times during the late evening instead of approaching us directly with any issues

Exceptional

Great stay. Caravan clean and spacious. Table set out nicely on arrival. Price reasonable for summer holidays. Kids loved it.

Settee had some broken boards and carpet stained. Lots of tab ends on grass outside so couldn't let 11month old play out with older two (under supervision of course).

Amazing!!!

I cannot fault anything everything was amazing the kids had an amazing time and it was our first family holiday! We have discussed it and would love to come back but stay for longer as we felt we rushed to fit stuff in.

Prices of stuff was a bit high, £2.00 for loaf of bread 🤣 but it is definitly not something that affected our holiday!

It was a complete nightmare worse place I have stayed.

Didn’t like anything about the caravan was dirty wouldn’t stay again, got refunded but not full refund disgusting.

Everything the whole stay was horrible. Not worth the money!
