Location - close to the tube station and eateries Size of the apartment Washing machine and dryer

Apartment cannot be locked from the inside. With no on-site reception/ security, this presents a safety risk. Anyone who has the code to enter the apartment will be able to access it during the stay. Code for the main door to the building and the apartment is the same. No luggage storage facility. Luggage has to be stored elsewhere after check-out at additional cost. There should be a complimentary mid-week cleaning service, at least for longer stays.

شقه مرتبه ومتكامله تقريبا

تسجيل دخول متاخر جدا 3 العصر . وتسجيل خروج مبكر جدا 11 صباحاً!! مع العلم كنت طالبه منهم وقت دخولي الشقه انه تسجيل خروج يكون متاخر قليلا 1 ظهرا ،، ولكن ما ردولي خبر ،، ردولي خبر يوم الخروج !!! ساعه 11 صبح بالضبط وصلو عمال تنظيف الشقه ودخلو الشقه… وبخصوص الشقه مكيفه للاسف غرفتين نوم بدون تكيف !! بس التكيف بالصاله وغرفه نوم الماستر …

Perfect for me and my teenage daughters! Would book again.

Location, safety, two bathrooms, full kitchen, bright and cheery, grocery store right around the corner, easy booking and great communication.

Great apartment for a weekend break!

Spacious & comfortable, great location in easy reach of the Tube station. Hosts were really accommodating and resolved our issues quickly & efficiently.

All good, could be better equipped for 6 guests. Minor issues - not enough drinking glasses, no extra hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom.

New apartment in perfect location

The location is perfect, a few minutes walking from earl’s court tube station. The apartment is new and well equipped. The staff was super friendly and ready to answer to any query we had.

There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment that we didn’t manage to remove get during our stay. The linings and towels were not very clean, some of them were stained. The ventilation wasn’t working in 2/3 bathrooms nor the towel heater in one of them.

Plus för allt utom tilldelning av glas o porslin.

Mycket fin rymlig lägenhet, fräsch, varmt och skönt, välplanerad, bra läge vid Earls Court, nära tunnelbanan.

Kunde ha varit mera porslin och glas. Tvungna att diska efter varje måltid.

حسن الاستقبال رائع و الشقة حلوة ومرتبة مثل الصور والمكان أمان بعد الله الدخول والخروج محمي برقم سري متوفر بالمطبخ الاساسيات والمنطقة المحيطة هاديه وراقية واكتشفنا اخر يوم السفر ان شارع الجانبي للمستشفى يؤدي الى شارع جميل وكله محلات مثل ak max و صيدلية كافيهات واغلب المحلات المشهورة

Great place in London

Location is awesome with Earls Court tube station less than 5 minute walk and plenty of restaurants nearby. The flat was neat and clean and comfortable but the best part were the hosts. After I had flown back to Dubai, I realized that my wallet (with driving license, IDs, bank cards and cash) was missing. I contacted the property on WhatsApp. They found it with everything intact. Amazing.

It was a great experience.

Luxus Aufenthalt Traumhaft alles TOP

Alles ! Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend sofort erreichbar, hilsbereit, freundlich, super chek in und man kann Gepäck abgeben aber vorher Nestor Bescheid geben. Unterkunft ein Traum, sehr viel Liebe im Detail bei der Ausstattung. Ein paar Willkommenskapseln Kaffee und Zucker fanden wir sehr nett.Hätte nie gedacht dass ich eine Waschmaschine beim Städtetrip brauche aber unser Junior hat sich die Jean schmutzig gemacht und ich konnte sie schnell waschen mit dem Kurz Programm. Sehr tolle bequeme Betten, Wohnung auch sehr warm, Badezimmer sauber es war wirklich ein super Aufenthalt. Ubahn Station in der Nähe 4 min sowie Essensmöglichkeiten. Tip: Adapter für europäische Stecker mitnehmen, aber Nestor ist dabei hilfreich. Falls ihr zum Match Chelsea anreist dann ist Appartement perfekt weil es nur 15 Minuten vom Stadion entfernt ist. 2 Stationen. Auch Zentrum nah egal zum Buckingham Palace oder Oxford Circus und Hotting Hill. Für einen Kurztrip optimal da wir mit unserer Tochter und ihrem Freund waren kamen uns 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer sehr entgegen. Bilder wie versprochen es war Luxus. Kann manche Leute nicht verstehen die hier etwas zum aussetzen haben, wohnen daheim wahrscheinlich nicht so schön und suchen Nadelim Heuhaufen. Wir reisen oft und für London echt top Zustand 10 von 10 Punkten von uns fürs gesamte Team. Die meisten Hotelzimmer sind 12 bis 17 m2 darum entschieden wir sich für Charly App. DANK euch war unser Familien Städtetrip grandious weil sich jeder freute ins Apps zu kommen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte ! Wir kommen wieder. Es sollten auf booking mehrere so bemüht sein das erleichtert das reisen und macht Spaß !

Das wur nicht länger Urlaub hatten Es war sehr sehr schön ! Umsonst heißt es nicht " Königreich " 😀 PS: Fotos lade ich nur eines rauf weil die vom booking absolut richtig sind DANKE Nestor

Awesome family friendly apartment, very well located and appointed.

Great location, close to tube, busses and grocery stores. Awesome price beans food. Property had everything we could need, full size.washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, good amount of clothes and dishwashing capsules.

Heating was a bit difficult to balance for us.

Séjour très agréable, logement simple d'accès, direct depuis Saint-Pancras, propre et confortable.

Le logement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la station de métro Earl's Court. La pièce à vivre est très agréable, avec une jolie vue dégagée. De quoi passer des moments en famille sympathique.

Les équipements de cuisine ne sont pas adaptés pour 8 personnes (casseroles et poêles trop petites). Il est donc difficile de cuisiner rapidement alors que c'est aussi l'intérêt d'un logement avec une grande cuisine.

Exceptional

The apartment was clean with new furniture and kitchen appliances. Location is great. Close to museums. Most important is the staff was amazing. They attended to all our need. Highly recommended and we are definitely coming back.

The staff was excellent. We had an issue during our stay which was resolved very well by the dedicated team, especially Alena. She did everything she could to help address the issues. Exceptional customer focused team.

The quality of toiletries could be better. Bit of damp in the apartment. These could be improved upon.

Unfortunately, I will not come again.

The apartment, location, and size are wonderful. No. Of bathroom is also great.

I feel sorry for that amazing apartment with the huge no. of Rats around the building and that can be seen from the window view. Also, my disappointment is the mouses that was in the apartment and during our stay.with my kids. Wish they can fix this serious issue.

Highly recommended for a family stay, worth the price!

Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect! Despite my busy days in London, I unfortunately didn't have the chance to take pictures of the room. However, I can assure you that the room was exactly as shown online, if not even better in my opinion. The accommodation doesn't have its own receptionist, but when I asked one of the team members for assistance in storing my luggage for a few hours while I ran errands, they happily agreed and helped me promptly. I highly recommend this place, as it's conveniently located close to the tube and offers easy access to food options. A big thank you to the Carlyle team for a fantastic experience!
