Vacanza 2024 in Puglia

Hotel vicino la grotta della zinzulusa. Camera con vista mare e posizione tranquilla. A 10 min in auto dal porto di Castro. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere altre città come Lecce ed Otranto. Personale cortese e colazione ben fornita. Ampio parcheggio non a pagamento.

Hotel posizionato benissimo, staff gentile ed educato, buona colazione, parcheggio riservato, fronte mare....e che dire piu. Bravi, complimenti e buon lavoro

La vista mare ripaga tutto al 200%

Ottima posizione. Assolutamente gradito il parcheggio riservato agli ospiti. La camera era spaziosa, con balcone e la vista mare favolosa. Lo staff assolutamente perfetto e disponibile.

Il bagno era forse un po’ da rivedere. Era pulito e spazioso, ma c’era qualche accorgimento che non è stato preso. Tasto dello scarico del water che non funzionava benissimo e c’era del silicone vecchio vicino al lavello, un po’ antiestetico. Ma sono piccolezze

Good clean family-run hotel in a lovely part of Puglia with great facilities.

Hotel situated off a busy road but was very quiet and all rooms had a seaview. It is family run and staff was very friendly, breakfast varied and room very clean. Bathroom was small but very clean as was the room. It was close enough to the town for us to walk to a lovely restaurant suggested by the staff for our evening meal. On-site parking was great and very safe.

Cannot fault anything.

The staff were super friendly and helped us organise so that we could change to a room with balcony two days after our arrival. It was nothing wrong at all with the room we first had, we just wanted a balcony with the wonderful view! :) Breakfast was great aswell. We will definetly come back one day! :D

The only thing that i wanted to know was if it was possible to eat there. It wasn't any information about it that i could find at the hotel. But I saw they had some kind of a restaurang! But this is not a complaint though, i could have asked myself about it! But also, we did not stay that many days unfortunately. Maybe next time :D

Very good

The staff of the hotel is very helpful and most of them speak English. They have arranged us a transfer from Lecce train station directly to the hotel (for 60 EUR), booked us a taxi to Marittima, made possible an upgrade to a seaview roam (for an additional fee), and they have tried to help us finding a car to rent (note: in this period, we cannot find an available car - all are full booked, but you can rent a boat or a scouter). This hotel is well located near the sea and the historical city centre. I recomand booking the rooms with seaview if you want to have more space and a panoramic view of the sea. The rooms are recently renovated. The outdoors of the hotel look really nice where you can connect with nature.

1. Breakfast could be more diversified; 2. The bathrooms need some renovations; 3. The rooms should be cleaned more carefully; 4. I would appreciate if they would have some basics fitness equipment.

Common area and outdoor area were nice. The view was nice.

I have no idea how this is a 4 stars. The rooms were awful, the shower couldn’t be used. One of the blinds was stuck, they said they would fix it and they didn’t so the room was very bright early in the morning.

Convinient hotel for one night

Spacy parking under trees, kind personel, nice view from the room to the see, good breakfast in the garden.

Hotel and the room rather old, tiny elevator, generally ok for short stay, but nothing else.

Breathtaking sunrises from the balcony

The Hotel Orsa Maggiore is located on a hillside (short drive up from the town), and we had a good sized room with a balcony that overlooked sea, and we enjoyed two wonderful sunrises. We enjoyed breakfast in both the downstairs terrace, and in the garden (under the olive trees). There was ample free parking on the property, and the staff were friendly.

Excellent hotel and very friendly and helpful staff! Top-notch cleanliness, spacious room, amazing view from the balcony, spacious private parking. The breakfast was great with very relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant's terrace. Hotel's location is perfect, you can walk to Grotte Zinzulusa on foot just in some 10 minutes. Unfortunately we were very limited in time otherwise we would love to stay in "Orsa Maggiore" much longer than one day. We would be happy to come back! Mille grazie!
