A great place to stay

Frank is an excellent host. He gave us great tips on where to eat and what sites to see. The location is quite easy to walk to the city center and the Killarney National Park.

We enjoyed our stay at Windaway House. Great host, helpful and pleasant.

Our host was excellent and provided us with superb recommendations for daytrip destinations and eating options in Killarney. He was friendly and helpful and attentive. Room was clean and well equipped.

I have stayed here numerous times. Great location, short walk to High Street. Frank is a wonderful host!! I certainly will be back on my next visit.

Fantastic location, 5 mins walk to main street where you are in the heart of the hustle and bustle of all Killarney has to offer in shopping eating and drinking. Its also only a few mins walk to the Cathedral and entrance of the park.

We had bed only and the owner of the property was very curious.The location was only three minutes from Killarney centre which was very convenient for us.we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Peaceful nights stay

I liked the fact they didn't charge an arm and a leg for 1 nights stay like the rest of the town! It was very comfy and owner was very friendly.

Couldn't fault the bnb really..couldn't find a socket near enough to the bed for my phone lead but that's not a major thing

Clean and cozy hotel. Owner is very friendly.

Location is a bit far from downtown. My room is nearby roadside and very noisy by traffic passing by. Told the owner to change room but was told quiet at night and was not true.

the weekend went too fast , would loved another night there

The room was so cosy and clean and warm , couldn’t have asked for more . Fresh bottled water on arrival and tea/coffee facilities in the room were great The owner was a gentleman and so helpful , such a pleasure to speak with. location you couldn’t have asked for better

there’s nothing we didn’t like only one tiny comment was all just regarding the shower head was all just water didn’t come out so great but overall everything was 10/10 like that it’s just a tiny thing. we started here two friends for a girlie catch up and we’ll definitely come back again . i would highly recommend

Comfortable stay with very helpful hosts on a quiet street in Killarney

Very helpful staff! The room (twin) was comfortable although small. No view but a window provided cross-ventilation. Very quiet location and comfortable beds so slept very well. Availability of a small, common refrigerator was a nice plus.

We were notified of limited on-site parking and no spot was available but we found street parking right in front so no issue there. It was unclear that breakfast was not included when we booked.

Simple done right.

The room itself was very clean, the bed was comfy and location was well suited such that it was away from the busy centre but was a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. The service was exceptionally good, whereby Frank cleaned our rooms everyday and left a chilled bottle of water outside our room when he knew we had returned. He was very friendly and accomodating, and definitely made our stay memorable.

The shower was a little temperamental in terms of temperature sometimes, and given that I am a relatively tall guy (6'2") it was a little too small for me, but my partner found it fine. Apart from that not too much else to fault.
