Bueno pero costoso

La atención del personal y los espacios del hotel

El precio estuvo elevado. Estando allá pude comparar precios con otros hoteles mas económicos para el tipo de estadía que tuve. En los alrededores no hay establecimientos asi que casi que toca usar el restaurante del hotel.

El desayuno si estuvo regular ya que llego salado y se toco pedir los jugos varias veces llevando los que no se habia solicitado ya por descartar adicional poco chocolate osea no estaba lleno el vaso sino un poco mas hacia la mitad, solo se vivio esa mala experiencia con el desayuno hacia la habitacion

El desayuno no cumplio lo requerido, del resto todo fue normal en la atencion y demas servicios

It was well located, safe, and very clean. I thought the staff were great.

It was very good.

I thought water should have been provided in the room. Also, the water prices in the hotel were more than double the price at the market.

Front desk attendant was super nice and very helpful and supportive during our trip, which was to support my mother-in-law who was hospitalized and passed in Cali. She was super empathetic towards our situation.

The elevator was glitchy and was occasionally out of service.

They gave us a room a few floors up, and it was nice and quiet, with a view of the mountains. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful

It is very well located, the rooms are clean a d the staff is very helpful. I did enjoy the top level rooms more as those are more quiet.

In the lower rooms the cleaning staff can be a bit noisy in the morning.

Quaint, well-located, affordable hotel in North Cali.

Location was great! Easy walk to Chipichape and Pacific Mall for shopping, food, and amenities. Also good jumping off point to go by car to other places in the city (San Antonio, Granada, Delirio). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with air conditioning. We enjoyed using the rooftop patio. Breakfast was good and convenient.

Beds were a bit stiff for me and furniture in the room was basic. There is a nice overhead shower head but it doesn’t allow you to shower without getting your hair wet. The made to order eggs at breakfast could have been better prepared, but overall the breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. These are small details that could improve but we did enjoy our stay!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

the Property is a Disaster! NO INTERNET, THE TV DID NOT WORK, LOUD NOISE FROM OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. YOU COULDN’T SLEEP BECAUSE THE NOISE WOULD NOT LET YOU. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE WOULD NEVER STAY THERE OR AT ANY MS HOTEL.

Very affordable, nice and clean. The AC worked excellent and I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great, very close to the mall. Room was nice, AC worked great, bathroom was also nice. Wifi was ok, about 2mbps, rooftop was a nice view, security was always around outside which made you feel safe.

The walls must be thin, you can easily hear all the people in the hallway. I would actually turn the TV on because I felt I could easily be heard out in the hallway.
