Estada plàcida i còmoda mare i filla.

Dimensions i equipament perfecte per dues persones. Molt confortable. Ubicació correcta. La mestressa molt amable. Ens va facilitar tant l'entrada com la sortida.

Fantàsticos días en Olot

El trato cercano, las dos ocasiones que llamamos nos atendió ràpidamente y cuando tuvimos un problema con la televisión nos lo solució al momento. Reservamos el alojamiento por casualidad sin fijarnos en su ubicación y nos encantó. Sin duda recomendamos alojarse en sus apartamentos, nuestro peque estava encantado con su "piso nuevo" y su enorme cama (sofá) jeje

No hubo nada que no nos gustara, lo único que me costó eran las almohadas que estamos acostumbrados a ser un poco más duras però son costumbres de casa y no afecta a que pasamos unos días increíbles.

En general todo muy bien :)

El apartamento era genial, tenia todas las comodidades y muy eficiente en cuanto a aprovechamiento del espacio. Luminoso, en excelente ubicacion, alrededores perfectos para dar paseos y a un momento del nucleo urbano.

No nos gustó la calidad de la limpieza, estaba todo bastante sucio, lleno de polvo.. hace falta que le pongan mas esmero en ese sentido. Nosotros que ibamos con un bebé nos preocupó especialmente.

Tranquilidad y naturaleza cercana

El apartamento en sí me ha encantado. Buena distribución de estancias y muy luminoso. Además, aunque está un poco lejos del centro, al estar ubicado cerca de las rutas senderistas lo hace ideal para quienes disfrutan de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad.

Quizá le hubiera faltado un poco más de limpieza. La cafetera no funcionaba (o yo no la supe hacer funcionar...), y también faltaba la contraseña del Wifi.

Séjour agréable dans une région à découvrir..

Proximité des balades et de la ville. La climatisation très utile pendant les grosses chaleurs

PAS de WIFI , alors qu'il était prévu! et l'hôte n'a pas cherché à résoudre le problème! Une invasion de fourmis.. que nous avons réglée tout seuls...

Recomanable per families

L’apartament era molt gran i bastant nou. Estava ben equipat. Està situat en una zona tranquila i a prop de bons restaurants. A més, està aprop dels aiguamolls de la moixina i es pot fer un passeig molt agradable.

L’entrada del check in una mica limitada en horaris. La clau de la porta d’entrada anava una mica malament.

Apartamento en zona tranquila

Apartamento relativamente nuevo, en zona muy tranquila, a 15min del centro y fácil aparcamiento. Terraza grande. La propietaria nos dejó hacer check out tarde el dia de año nuevo, cosa que es de agradecer.

Le faltaba una limpieza a fondo y detalles de mantenimiento (pomo de la puerta del wc roto). La calefacción en las habitaciones tampoco llegaba muy bien. Las almohadas en la cama de matrimonio muy duras. Relación calidad-precio regular.

Como en casa

Los detalles en la cocina, había de todo, 2 pastillas lavavajillas, estropajo y trapos nuevos, máquina café dolcegusto con 2 cápsulas y bomboncito de bienvenida, tostadora, batidora... Muchos complementos que no esperaba en un apartamento turístico. Deberían indicarlo en booking que tiene máquina de café.

Apartaments Recomanables

Ens ha agradat tot i molt... La neteja, el mobiliari, la cuina..tot en general. Un apartament molt recomanable i la zona molt tranquil·la. Està a prop de diverses propostes per fer a la zona.

Tant sols comentar que els coixins del sofà estaven una mica fluixos... No semblava còmode per dormir, a nosaltres no ens va caldre.

Apartamento amplio y comodo para pasar unos dias de descanso. Muy bien equipado y en zona tranquila. El personal muy simpático.

La limpieza es un poco justa, quizá le faltaria una limpieza a fondo.

Very good

Spacious and comfortable, a few minutes" walk from two good restaurants and a pleasant walk into the town centre.

Screen by the shower not big enough, wifi connection took time to sort out. Large outside terrace but view taken over by back of solar panels.

Great place to Stay

Having the large patio outside was nice. The layout of the living area was good.

The internet was very poor. We were without service for long periods. The shower cubicle having no door means the bathroom gets very wet when taking shower.

Dont Go getting key was a nightmare

Non if the phone numbers given for apartment were answered took over an hour to contact someone. The hostess was over an hour to bring the key...she was totally weird kept cackling and seemed to find it very funny we waited an hour for her to arrive, didn't tell us the front door was faulty .all we can say thank goodness for Booking,Com who was so helpful in solving our problem

Exceptional

The location was really good, close to the town, supermarkets and excellent walking routes. The view from the apartment was also fantastic.

There was no oven in the kitchen (aside from a microwave) although that's pretty normal for a holiday apartment.
