"passt schon"

Das Hotel liegt zentral zwischen Fussgängezone und Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Bett ist bequem. Die Zimmer haben einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher mit Zubehör für EINE Tasse Kaffee. Free Wifi.

Die Dusche braucht morgens für Warmwasser 5 min Vorlauf. Beim reichhaltigen Frühstück gab es leider nur Aufbacksemmeln und keine Bäckerware. Es gibt nur einen einzigen Parkplatz mit Ladesteckdose und den kann man nicht vorreservieren bei der Buchung (also keine Planungssicherheit). Die Hoteleinrichtung wirkt teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal wieder aufgefrischt werden.

Gemessen am Preis Leistungsverhältnis war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück war ok, dem Hotel angemessen. Standard ohne großen Luxus. In höherpreisigen Hotels hat man frisches Obst, Müsli etc. Aber es war soweit alles da und man konnte frühstücken. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, sehr zentral. Allerdings ist der Ausblick auf der Hinterseite nicht sehr schön. Aber es hat mich weniger gestört, da ich erst abends wieder zurück gekommen und morgens nach dem Frühstück wieder gegangen bin. Das Zimmer und das Hotel waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt alles ok und angemessen.

Auf dem Zimmer kein WLAN Signal mehr.

Zentrales Hotel

Nah an der Fußgängerzone

Keine Klimaanlage. Die Türe von der Dusche kann man nicht schließen. Beim Duschen war dann das Bad unter Wasser. Die Badtür wurde schon länger nicht gereinigt. Keine Zahnputzbecher ( noch nicht mal Plastikbecher ) Der Abfluss im Waschbecken , musste man den Stöpsel rausnehmen, sonst ging nichts.

Der Aufenthalt war für meinen Zweck in Ordnung

Aufzug war kaputt. Zimmer war im 2.Stock. Dafür habe ich Frühstück frei gehabt.

Great location for local amenities, clean hotel and pleasant stay

The property is only a 2 minute walk from a train station and with how efficient the railway services are in it Germany it makes it easy to visit other towns and cities while also being able to return to the hotel late into the night The property is well maintained, the decor does feel a bit dated but the staff keep it clean to a high standard, staff are about every day to supply fresh towels and assist with other requests There are more local amenities at a close walking distance.. supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and pubs overall a lovely place to stay There was an issue with the lift for the building that meant it was going to be out for the period of our trip but the hotel managed to arrange us a room on the 1st floor instead of the 4th floor where we were set to be

The hotel do a buffet breakfast in the morning but I felt the hours where a bit short and could have been longer or started a little later to finish later

Zentrale Lage, freundliche Rezeption, sanitäre Anlagen sauber

Es dauerte immer sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser zum duschen kam. Kaffeepulver und Milch wurden nicht aufgefüllt, allerdings bekam man dies auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption.

Empfang ok. Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption

Baulärm bis in die Nacht hinein. Fenster nicht dicht. Es zog durch geschlossene Fenster. Im Bad war es zu kalt, keine Heizmöglichkeit.

Erwartungshaltung erfüllt.

besonders gefallen hat mir der freundliche Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war gut. Ich habe nur übernachtet, daher kann ich zum Frühstück nichts sagen.

Good budget hotel

It's a good hotel for anyone travelling on a budget. Nothing extraordinary, but very clean, decent breakfast and friendly staff. In terms of location, the hotel is spot on in the city's center.

Amazing and will definitely stay again.

Everything was amazing from the moment we stepped in. Very attentive staff, comfortable and spacious family room and filling breakfast.

Shame the hotel restaurant was closed due to the fuel crisis.

Not trustable at all.

I had booked 4 rooms for a week in this hotel. We were at this hotel before covid with 3 rooms. Two days before check in I got an email saying that my credit card is not valid! while I was using it in another hotel in a city 70 kilometers from Post Hotel. I updated the card and called them twice and explained the whole story and I was ensured that there is no problem. But it was not true since my reservation was cancelled and I had to book 4 rooms in another hotel and I lost around 2000 EUR. The answering individuals were too irresponsible. I booked one more day one room at this hotel to be able to write my feedback to that cancellation. Surprisingly for this single day they charged 5 EUR extra for electricity consumption which was not in my booking.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

Perfect location, amazing staff, very clean, and will definitely book again when in the area.

The bathroom door was glass and see-through without a lock, and unfortunately, there was no still water.

Superb

An older hotel but clean. Hard to say about the location - we appeared to be downtown in a working area. We felt safe. Breakfast was delicious - hot items and fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, cold meats, museli, yogurt. Parking was small and fellow next to us parked over the line causing our driver to have to crawl out back hatch! Room was newly remodeled and clean. Somewhat small but perfectly fine. Refrigerator in our room

1 room had dirty carpet and slight smell but all else was clean. Would recommend. Glass door on the bathroom - partially frosted- seemed weird.

I need my cancelled 4 breakfasts refund

Location

I cancelled one breakfast out of 2 everyday of my stay . I did notify by email to the property through booking.com . This makes 4 breakfasts cancelled. Though the property said on their email it can be settled on their reception when I arrive there, nothing happened and I did not get my refund of aroundc44 euros until now. I am not happy and I had to tell the story to the receptionist at Düren post hotel every day to follow up the case. Please advise ASAP

It was the tidiest, cleanest hotel i have ever been. Room is very comfi, breakfast top of the class, as is location.

Overly inspite of these shortcomings we will be back as hotel very central for our needs.

Hotel has changed hands and the breakfast not as good as before. Breakfast staff and room staff extremely helpful and pleasant !

Some of the other staff not so friendly and rather abrupt. A bit more choice for breakfast and fresh fruit would have been appreciated.
